W公司房地产高级人才招聘项目的研究

【摘要】:自从中国改革开放以来的,中国告别福利分房,房地产行业得以迅速发展,同时,房地产企业对于中高级人才的需求巨大。W公司是基于房地产企业的大市场需求而于2012年初成立的一家专业的咨询管理公司,已经开展人力资源规划管理和房地产企业的综合管理咨询,并且产生了利润。为了更好的服务于房地产企业,提供一条龙服务,拟成立新的项目部门:房地产人才猎头服务事业部(简称:ERP项目)。本论文首先利用战略管理的相关理论来对于项目进行战略性的分析定位:如利基理论、五力竞争模型理论、SWOT分析理论、波士顿矩阵理论。具体的分析思路为:一、从房地产行业背景入手,依据波士顿理论及利基市场细分理论分析,得出此ERP项目可为公司明星产品,目标市场为商业地产的中高级人才猎头服务。二、根据猎头行业及高级人才情况,依据波特五力模型分析及SWOT分析得出客户及人才库建立。三通过对于房地产高级人才招聘项目研究,发现一些企业招聘管理方面存在的问题,提出可利用地产咨询的客户,推广市场且提供专业的招聘服务及附加服务。经过分析,广州W公司在项目初创阶段的战略定位主要是专注于房地产行业商业地产为主,在广东地区开展业务,目标客户定位于民营房地产集团公司中具有诚信、支付能力、对中高级人才需求强烈、对价格不敏感但是对专业化服务有较高要求带来持续订单的公司。W公司成立人才猎头事业部还需要做好供求关系,即客户建立和人才来源,专业咨询和人才服务互相带动,附加人才报告和咨询管理的战略发展方向。同时,该论文项目研究对于其它房地产咨询的公司在发展方向上有一定的新启示。
[Abstract]:Since China's reform and opening up, China has bid farewell to welfare housing, and the real estate industry has developed rapidly. At the same time, The demand for middle and senior talent in real estate companies is huge. W is a professional consulting and management company founded in early 2012 based on the large market demand of real estate enterprises. Human resources planning and management and real estate enterprises have been integrated management consulting, and generated profits. In order to better serve real estate enterprises and provide one-stop service, a new project department is proposed: real estate talent headhunting service department. Firstly, this paper uses the relevant theories of strategic management to analyze the project strategically, such as niche theory, five-force competition model theory, SWOT analysis theory, Boston matrix theory. The specific analysis ideas are as follows: first, from the real estate industry background, according to Boston theory and niche market segmentation theory analysis, the ERP project can be for the company star products, the target market for commercial real estate talent headhunters service. Second, according to the headhunting industry and senior talent situation, according to Porter five forces model analysis and SWOT analysis, the establishment of customer and talent bank. Third, through the research on the project of recruiting senior talents in real estate, we find out the problems in the recruitment management of some enterprises, and put forward the clients who can make use of the real estate consulting, promote the market and provide professional recruitment services and additional services. After analysis, the strategic orientation of Guangzhou W Company in the initial stage of the project is mainly focused on commercial real estate in the real estate industry, business in Guangdong region, the target customers are located in the private real estate group companies with integrity, ability to pay, The company that has strong demand for middle and senior talents, is not sensitive to price but has higher demand for specialized service, and which brings continuous orders, also needs to do a good job of supply and demand, that is, customer establishment and talent source. Professional consulting and talent service lead each other, additional talent reporting and consulting management strategic development direction. At the same time, this paper project research has certain new enlightenment to other real estate consulting companies in the direction of development.
