物流企业并购问题研究

【摘要】:摘要:随着全球经济的快速发展,物流市场蓬勃发展,国外物流企业纷纷进入中国市场,中国的物流企业也如雨后春笋般涌现。面对巨大的外部压力与威胁,物流企业只有扩大自身规模,增强自身实力才能在竞争中求得生存与发展,并购整合是企业实现这一目标最有效的途径。 本文结合物流企业并购相关基础理论,研究了物流企业的现状及物流企业并购现状,分析了物流企业并购动因,运用AHP和TOPSIS多目标决策模型,对物流企业并购目标进行选择。AHP采用定量与定性分析相结合的方法,对各层元素进行两两比较,计算各指标的权重,对各指标进行加权综合,最后所有的结果都做一致性检验;TOPSIS的基本思路是定义决策问题的理想解和负理想解,选择距离理想解最近的目标进行并购。通过实证分析,研究发现AHP适应于多层级、小样本的多目标决策,TOPSIS适应于层级少、大样本的多目标决策,两种分析方法都有一定的实际意义。 随着中国商品流通的加快,物流需求量不断增长,物流企业之间的竞争也日益加剧,物流企业只有进行有效的并购整合后,才能与那些大型的物流企业相匹敌,在激烈的市场竞争中求得生存和发展。
[Abstract]:Abstract: with the rapid development of the global economy, the logistics market is booming, foreign logistics enterprises have entered the Chinese market, and Chinese logistics enterprises have sprung up. Facing the huge external pressure and threat, logistics enterprises can survive and develop in the competition only by expanding their own scale and strengthening their own strength. Merger and acquisition integration is the most effective way for enterprises to achieve this goal. Based on the basic theory of M & A of logistics enterprises, this paper studies the present situation of logistics enterprises and the present situation of M & A of logistics enterprises, analyzes the causes of M & A of logistics enterprises, and applies AHP and TOPSIS multi-objective decision-making model. The method of combining quantitative and qualitative analysis is adopted to select the target of M & A of logistics enterprise. The elements of each layer are compared, the weight of each index is calculated, the weight of each index is synthesized, and all the results are tested for consistency. The basic idea of TOPSIS is to define the ideal solution and negative ideal solution of the decision problem, and to select the target nearest to the ideal solution for M & A. Through empirical analysis, it is found that AHP is suitable for multi-level, small sample for multi-objective decision making and TOPSIS for multi-objective decision of large sample. Both of them have some practical significance. With the rapid circulation of goods in China, the demand for logistics has been increasing, and the competition among logistics enterprises has also intensified day by day. Only after effective merger and acquisition integration can logistics enterprises rival those large logistics enterprises. To survive and develop in the fierce market competition.
