民用建筑的结构设计标准化在X设计院的改进研究

【摘要】:标准化在制造业中已经得到了广泛而成功的运用,其研究和应用一直备受人们关注,但对于民用建筑设计行业这样以个案为工作对象的传统的知识密集型行业而言,照搬制造业的标准化生产方式无法成功。民用建筑的标准化设计在我国主要以国家层面进行,通过颁布国标,部标,地方标准实施标准化设计,对于设计企业的标准化设计还研究的不多。 本论文从标准化及结构设计有关概念入手,以x设计院为例介绍了民用建筑企业的特点和行业现状,分析了x设计院结构设计标准化实施的现状和效果,找出了当前结构设计标准化实施过程中在执行力,设计前准备,评审定案,各专业间配合,设计校审几个方面存在问题和不足,并针对性的提出了改进方法,对改进后的成果从设计院内部,审查机构,甲方,施工方及监理方的角度提出了的检验方法;从设立保证体系,监管部门,人员培训,内部管理信息系统衔接,内部奖惩措施几个方面提出了保障措施。本论文是对设计企业采用结构设计标准化的探索,为全专业标准化设计应用提供理念和方法借鉴,对x设计院的发展有着一定的应用价值,对其他设计企业具有一定参考价值和借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Standardization has been widely and successfully used in the manufacturing industry, and its research and application have been paid close attention to. However, for the traditional knowledge-intensive industry such as the civil architectural design industry, which takes individual cases as the object of work, The standardized production mode of copying the manufacturing industry cannot succeed. The standardized design of civil buildings is mainly carried out at the national level in our country. Through the promulgation of national standards, ministry standards and local standards, the standardization design of design enterprises is not much studied. This paper starts with the concepts of standardization and structure design, taking x design institute as an example, introduces the characteristics of civil construction enterprises and the present situation of the industry, and analyzes the present situation and effect of the implementation of the standardization of structure design in x design institute. This paper finds out the problems and shortcomings existing in the implementation of the current structural design standardization, such as executive power, preparation before design, evaluation and decision, cooperation among various specialties, design calibration and review, and puts forward some improvement methods. From the point of view of the design institute, the examination organization, the Party A, the construction party and the supervisor, the improved results are put forward from the aspects of establishing the guarantee system, the supervision department, the personnel training, and the internal management information system. Internal reward and punishment measures put forward several aspects of protection measures. This paper is an exploration to the design enterprise to adopt the structure design standardization, provides the idea and the method reference for the whole specialty standardization design application, has certain application value to the development of the x design institute It has certain reference value and significance to other design enterprises.
