山西煤炭物流可持续发展创新方法研究

【摘要】:随着山西煤炭资源整合的进一步进行,煤炭产能得到了提升,同时加上我国在政策上对物流业发展的支持,作为山西物流业中有着重要地位的煤炭物流业迎来了一次不可多得发展机会。但是,山西煤炭物流业起步较晚,物流设备相对落后,基础设施也尚不完善,现代物流信息技术应用程度低,物流专业人才缺失,污染浪费现象较为严重,导致物流效率较为低下。同时,由于煤炭物流企业之间竞争激烈,发展方式比较粗放,且没有长远的规划,导致企业生命周期较短。因此,在当前形势下,如何抓住发展机会、探索出实现煤炭物流业可持续发展的方法成为当务之急。 本文通过文献分析的方法对现代物流、煤炭物流、精细化物流管理概念和可持续发展理论等加以界定,并分析了国内外有关煤炭物流可持续发展的研究现状;通过SWOT分析法对山西煤炭物流现状进行分析,找出了影响山西煤炭物流可持续发展的主要影响因素;运用模糊综合评价法设计并建立山西煤炭物流可持续发展影响因素的指标体系;运用问卷调查的方法收集相关数据,验证了所选指标的正确性。 研究表明,影响山西煤炭物流可持续发展的因素主要有五个方面:外部环境,物流基础设施,人力资源,物流信息化,管理理念。并在此基础上,构建了山西煤炭物流可持续发展的影响指标。本文主要结论如下:为了实现煤炭物流可持续发展体系的构建,找出山西煤炭物流可持续发展的创新方法,本文建议从以下五个方面考虑:创造良好的外部环境,完善物流基础设施,培养和引进物流专业人才,提升物流信息化水平,采用正确的管理理念。 希望通过本文的研究可以改善山西煤炭物流现状,并为山西煤炭物流的可持续发展提供相关创新性建议,由此提升山西煤炭物流的竞争力,最终促进山西经济的发展,为其他省甚至全国的煤炭物流可持续发展提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the further integration of coal resources in Shanxi, coal production capacity has been upgraded, and China's policy support for the development of the logistics industry, As an important position in Shanxi logistics industry, coal logistics industry ushered in a rare opportunity to develop. However, Shanxi coal logistics industry started relatively late, logistics equipment is relatively backward, infrastructure is not perfect, the application of modern logistics information technology is low, logistics professionals are missing, pollution and waste is serious. Lead to low efficiency of logistics. At the same time, because of the fierce competition between the coal logistics enterprises, the extensive development mode, and the lack of long-term planning, the enterprise life cycle is short. Therefore, under the current situation, how to seize the development opportunity and explore the way to realize the sustainable development of coal logistics industry become urgent. In this paper, the modern logistics, coal logistics, refined logistics management concept and sustainable development theory are defined by the method of literature analysis, and the research status of coal logistics sustainable development at home and abroad is analyzed. Through the SWOT analysis of Shanxi coal logistics status quo, find out the impact of Shanxi coal logistics sustainable development of the main factors; The index system of the influencing factors of Shanxi coal logistics sustainable development is designed and established by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and the validity of the selected indexes is verified by collecting relevant data by means of questionnaire survey. The study shows that there are five main factors influencing the sustainable development of Shanxi coal logistics: external environment, logistics infrastructure, human resources, logistics information, management concept. On this basis, the impact index of Shanxi coal logistics sustainable development is constructed. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: in order to realize the construction of sustainable development system of coal logistics and find out the innovative methods of sustainable development of Shanxi coal logistics, this paper proposes to consider the following five aspects: to create a good external environment, Improve logistics infrastructure, train and introduce logistics professionals, improve the level of logistics information, adopt the correct management concept. It is hoped that the present situation of Shanxi coal logistics can be improved through the research in this paper, and the relevant innovative suggestions can be provided for the sustainable development of Shanxi coal logistics, so as to enhance the competitiveness of Shanxi coal logistics and finally promote the economic development of Shanxi. For other provinces and even the national coal logistics sustainable development to provide reference.
