基于GEM模型的德化陶瓷产业集群竞争力研究

【摘要】：伴随着经济全球化和国际分工的不断深化，越来越多的产业逐渐向某些区域集聚，从而形成了“产业集群”。产业集群的发展促进了企业竞争力、区域竞争力和国家竞争力的提升。通过对产业集群竞争力的研究有助于找出产业集群竞争力的劣势所在，为产业集群内的企业的发展提供参考思路，为地方政府在制定产业集群政策时提供建议，从而促进产业集群竞争力的提升。经过三十多年的改革开放，我国各地逐渐形成了一些具有鲜明特色的产业集群。如安徽淮南、煤炭产业集群，浙江温州鞋革集群、永康五金业集群，广东汕头的玩具产业集群，北京的中关村电子产业集群等等。福建省泉州市在经济发展的过程中更是走在了前列，其各个县市也逐渐形成了各具特色的产业集群：晋江运动鞋和服装产业集群，南安石材、水暖器材集群，石狮服装纺织产业集群，安溪乌龙茶产业集群，德化陶瓷产业集群，泉港炼化产业集群等。这些产业集群对推进当地经济的发展发挥着重要的作用。德化的陶瓷产业自改革开放以来取得了长足的发展。2012年全县有大小陶瓷生产企业1400多家，陶瓷产值120亿元，占全县工业产值的67.5%，可以说陶瓷产业对德化的经济发展做出了巨大贡献。本文通过比较产业集群定性与定量评价方法，选择GEM模型的评价方法，通过专家走访收集数据，建立GEM指标体系，运用层次分析法测算德化陶瓷产业集群的竞争力。同时考虑到产业集群竞争力评价体系的复杂性，本文设计的评价指标难以全面概括全部因素，因此在定量分析的基础上同时运用了定性的分析方法，分析德化陶瓷产业集群的优势和劣势，并根据其劣势因素，，结合考虑德化陶瓷产业集群的特点，提出相应的提高德化陶瓷产业集群竞争力的若干对策。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of economic globalization and international division of labor, more and more industries gradually gather to some regions, thus forming "industrial clusters". The development of industrial clusters promotes the competitiveness of enterprises, regional competitiveness and national competitiveness. So as to promote the competitiveness of industrial clusters. After more than 30 years of reform and opening up, China has gradually formed a number of distinct characteristics of industrial clusters. Shishi clothing textile industry cluster, Anxi Oolong tea industry cluster, Dehua ceramic industry cluster, Quangang refining and chemical industry cluster. These industrial clusters play an important role in promoting the development of local economy. Accounting for 67.5 percent of the county's industrial output, it can be said that the ceramic industry has made a great contribution to the economic development of Dehua.
