DZ物流公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:DZ集团公司是一家集原煤开采与销售等为主要业务的国有企业,产品销往武钢、攀钢、重钢、达刚、达州电厂等企业,集团目前资产规模达40多亿,2013年营销收入20多亿,利税2亿多元。DZ集团公司目前进行原煤开采、粉煤灰建材生产与加工、煤炭运销、发电、机械制造、资源整合、加油加气等业务。公司坚持煤炭主业改造提升、非煤产业转型拓展,拥有新井建设、资源勘探、物流园等10个重点建设项目,为企业可持续发展奠定了坚实基础。然而随着我国经济结构转型的不断推进以及近年我国煤炭经济的持续低迷,DZ集团的经营状况日渐恶化,原有的经营结构已不能保证企业的生存。在此生死攸关的关键时刻,DZ集团做出了产业转型的关键决策,将物流作为其产业转型的战略重点。但是DZ集团在开展物流业务后,经营结果并不理想,实际营收远低于期望目标,从而引起了DZ集团高层对发展物流业的重新思考,并逐渐意识到物流战略规划的重要性。随着我国煤炭经济的持续下滑,越来越多的煤炭企业面临转型的压力。本文DZ集团为研究对象,充分分析企业的外部和内部发展环境,总结出影响企业顺利开展物流业务的主要因素。本文结合企业的优势与劣势利用SWOT方法分析出企业的战略组合,制定物流发展战略规划、战略实施路径及保障措施。研究结果表明:(1)DZ物流适合采用增长型战略;(2)DZ物流的战略定位是成为立足达州及川东北地区,辐射川渝鄂陕地区的第三方物流企业,致力于成为全省一流、行业领先、全国知名的现代物流企业;(3)DZ物流通过实施第三方物流、第四物流、产业物流以及物流增值服务等发展路径,全面实现战略目标;(4)DZ集团通过抓住机遇、深化改革、创新管理体制及优化流程等措施,保障DZ物流发展路径的顺利实施。
[Abstract]:DZ Group Co., Ltd. is a state-owned enterprise with raw coal mining and sales as its main business. Its products are sold to WISCO, Panzhihua Iron and Steel Co., Zhonggang, Dagang, Dazhou Power Plant and other enterprises. The group's assets are now more than 4 billion, and the sales revenue in 2013 is more than 2 billion. At present, we are engaged in coal mining, production and processing of fly ash building materials, coal transportation and marketing, power generation, mechanical manufacturing, resource integration, gas refueling and so on. The company adheres to the upgrading of the main coal industry, the expansion of non-coal industry transformation, with 10 key construction projects, such as new well construction, resource exploration, logistics park, etc., which has laid a solid foundation for the sustainable development of enterprises. However, with the development of economic structure transformation in China and the deterioration of DZ Group's operation condition in recent years, the original management structure can not guarantee the survival of enterprises. At this crucial moment, DZ Group made the key decision of industrial transformation, taking logistics as the strategic focus of its industrial transformation. However, after developing logistics business, DZ Group's operating result is not ideal, and the actual revenue is far lower than the expected target, which causes the DZ Group executives to rethink the development of logistics industry and gradually realize the importance of logistics strategic planning. With the continuous decline of China's coal economy, more and more coal enterprises are facing the pressure of transformation. In this paper, DZ Group as the research object, fully analyzes the external and internal development environment of the enterprise, summarizes the main factors that affect the smooth development of logistics business. Combined with the advantages and disadvantages of enterprises, this paper analyzes the strategic combination of enterprises by using SWOT method, formulates the strategic planning of logistics development, strategic implementation path and safeguard measures. The results show that: (1) DZ logistics is suitable to adopt the growth strategy, (2) DZ logistics strategic orientation is to become a third party logistics enterprise based on Dazhou and Northeast Sichuan, radiation Sichuan, Chongqing, Hubei and Shaanxi, committed to becoming the first class of the province, leading the industry. National well-known modern logistics enterprises; (3) DZ logistics through the implementation of third party logistics, fourth logistics, industrial logistics and logistics value-added services and other development path, the overall realization of strategic objectives; (4) DZ Group by seizing the opportunity to deepen the reform, Innovating management system and optimizing flow, etc., to ensure the smooth implementation of DZ logistics development path.
