快递运输网点布局及评价研究

【摘要】:随着全球网络经济化的不断加快发展,适应小批量、多批次、快速、高质量服务的快递,在全球市场经济竞争中逐渐发展壮大。快递公司的竞争能力更多体现在其运输网络的布局上,高效的运输网络布局,不仅可以提高货物的周转速度,而且可以增加为客户服务的区域覆盖率,这样更有利于企业的可持续发展。因此,对快递企业网络节点布局问题的研究具有重要的理论价值和实践意义。本文以快递运输网点布局及评价为研究对象,在分析国内外研究现状的基础上,对快递运输网点布局及评价的相关理论进行了综述,并依据快递运输网点布局的特点、原则和影响布局的因素等,重点探讨了快递轴辐式运输布局方法,结合选址—路径问题(LRP)理论建立了快递运输网络节点布局的数学模型,并采用遗传算法对该模型进行求解,解决模型求解的复杂度;同时,为验证布局方法的科学性和合理性,在分析评价要素的基础上,建立了综合评价指标体系,进而结合基于群组决策的模糊综合评价方法对其评价;最后,通过算例分析,以验证快递运输网点布局数学模型的科学性、可行性和算法的有效性及评价的合理性等。本论文的目的,旨在通过对快递运输网点布局的基本理论和方法的研究,为现代快递运输企业在快递网点优化布局的实践中,提供具有更好操作性的理论支撑,同时也可为其他企业在相关网络布局研究及实践中,提供方法上的借鉴和理论指导。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of global network economy, the express delivery of small batch, multiple batches, fast and high quality service has gradually developed in the global market economy competition. The competitive power of express delivery companies is more embodied in the layout of their transport networks. An efficient transportation network layout can not only increase the turnover speed of goods, but also increase the regional coverage rate of serving customers. This is more conducive to the sustainable development of enterprises. Therefore, the research on network node layout of express delivery enterprises has important theoretical value and practical significance. In this paper, the layout and evaluation of express transport network is taken as the research object. On the basis of analyzing the current research situation at home and abroad, the related theories of distribution and evaluation of express transport network are summarized, and the characteristics of the distribution of express transportation network are discussed. This paper mainly discusses the method of express axle and spoke transportation layout, combining with the (LRP) theory of site-path problem, establishes the mathematical model of the node layout of express transportation network, and uses genetic algorithm to solve the model. At the same time, in order to verify the scientific and rationality of the layout method, a comprehensive evaluation index system is established based on the analysis of the evaluation elements. Then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on group decision making is used to evaluate it. Finally, the mathematical model of express transportation network layout is verified by example analysis, and the feasibility, validity of algorithm and rationality of evaluation are verified. The purpose of this paper is to provide a more operable theoretical support for modern express transportation enterprises in the practice of optimizing the layout of express outlets through the study of the basic theory and methods of the distribution of express transport outlets. At the same time, it can also provide reference and theoretical guidance for other enterprises in the related network layout research and practice.
