基于业务外包的物流配送服务网络与配送周期模型研究

【摘要】:当今社会,全球化竞争的主要特征是以需求驱动和快速响应市场机会,使得规模不断增大的企业为了应对客户需求变化的高速性与高柔性的目的,越来越追求自身运作方式的高效性。在市场竞争环境日趋激烈的情况下,物流企业或配送中心必须要找出其具有的核心竞争力及其核心经营模式,优化配置自身所拥有的资源。在制定长期战略时,越来越多的企业会将物流配送纳入企业的竞争战略,有的甚至把配送能力作为衡量企业核心竞争能力的重要指标。时间管理是配送中心保持市场竞争力的重要来源,时间竞争的本质就是要缩短在配送货物过程中的时间。因此,配送周期的缩短能够决定整个物流配送系统能否科学、高效运行的一项核心工作。本研究首先对业务外包的内涵、物流业务外包的原因、物流配送理论及网络图理论进行了阐述,在此基础上,论述成为物流配送系统关键要素应具备的条件。其次,分析了物流配送服务网络的构成要素及其分类,重新界定了物流配送周期的内涵,对影响配送周期的因素进行了分析,为下面构建配送周期模型奠定了理论基础。然后,选择运输业务作为企业的核心竞争力、集中型配送服务网络为例,在一定的假设条件与约束条件下,构建了以配送周期最短为目标函数的物流配送周期模型。最后,选取了陕西某冷藏物流运输公司在西安市同一区的10个客户为例,在确定的配送服务网络下,运用节约里程法求解出最优的配送方案,根据各工作间的先后顺序及逻辑关系绘制出其相应的配送服务网络图,运用关键路线法确定出最短配送周期。
[Abstract]:In today's society, the main characteristics of global competition are demand-driven and rapid response to market opportunities, so that the growing scale of enterprises in order to cope with customer demand changes of high speed and high flexibility purposes, More and more to pursue the efficiency of their own way of operation. In the increasingly competitive market environment, logistics enterprises or distribution centers must find out its core competitiveness and its core business model, and optimize the allocation of resources owned by themselves. When making long-term strategy, more and more enterprises will bring logistics distribution into the competitive strategy of enterprises, some even regard distribution ability as an important index to measure the core competitiveness of enterprises. Time management is an important source for distribution centers to maintain market competitiveness. The essence of time competition is to shorten the time in the process of distribution of goods. Therefore, the shortening of distribution cycle can determine the scientific and efficient operation of the whole logistics distribution system. In this paper, the connotation of business outsourcing, the reasons of logistics outsourcing, the theory of logistics distribution and the theory of network diagram are expounded. On the basis of this, the key elements of logistics distribution system are discussed. Secondly, it analyzes the elements of logistics distribution service network and its classification, redefines the connotation of logistics distribution cycle, analyzes the factors that affect the distribution cycle, and lays a theoretical foundation for the following construction of distribution cycle model. Then, select transportation business as the core competitiveness of enterprises, centralized distribution service network as an example, under certain assumptions and constraints, a logistics distribution cycle model with the shortest distribution cycle as the objective function is constructed. Finally, 10 customers of a refrigerated logistics transportation company in the same district of Xi'an are selected as an example. Under the determined distribution service network, the optimal distribution scheme is solved by using the mileage saving method. The distribution service network diagram is drawn according to the sequence and logical relation of each work, and the shortest distribution period is determined by the key route method.
