联邦快递深圳分公司的发展策略研究

【摘要】:摘要:文章以联邦快递深圳分公司为研究对象,目的是希望通过对我国快递物流业和联邦快递深圳分公司的发展历程,存在的问题及其发展现状进行深入的剖析,能够找出公司在现实中所遇到的各种问题,如:市场份额、并找出解决问题的方法。文章采用的分析方法有:一、SWOT分析方法,对联邦快递深圳公司所处的外部和内部环境做出详细的剖析,同时结合国内的政治、经济等外部因素的影响,和联邦快递内部所具备的优势和劣势进行详细的分析。二、QSPM矩阵分析方法,通过对关键性因素的分析得出联邦快递公司深圳分公司所采用的发展战略为增长型和多元化相结合的战略(即SO战略)。通过分析得出,公司应该从本地化的经营、人才的培养、业务的整合、市场营销等方面提出了具体的实施建议。 通过对本文的研究,可以对联邦快递深圳分公司在国内的发展策略提供一定的参考依据,同时也可以对国内快递物流业的发展提供一定的参考价值和借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:Abstract: this article takes FedEx Shenzhen branch as the research object, the purpose is to analyze deeply the development course, the existing problems and the present situation of the FedEx logistics industry and FedEx Shenzhen branch. Be able to find out all kinds of problems that the company meets in reality, such as market share, and find the solution to the problem. The analysis methods used in this paper are as follows: first, SWOT analysis method, to make a detailed analysis of the external and internal environment of FedEx Shenzhen Company, and at the same time combine the influence of external factors such as domestic politics, economy, etc. And FedEx internal strengths and weaknesses to carry out a detailed analysis. Through the analysis of key factors, the development strategy adopted by FedEx Shenzhen Branch is the strategy of combination of growth and diversification (i.e. SO strategy). It is concluded that the company should put forward some concrete suggestions from the aspects of localization management, talent training, business integration, marketing and so on. Through the study of this paper, it can provide a certain reference basis for FedEx Shenzhen Branch's development strategy in China, but also can provide certain reference value and significance for the development of domestic express logistics industry.
