西北地区进城农民工就业职位上行流动机制研究

【摘要】:农民工就业职位的上行流动是农民工市民化深度发展的重要内容。基于西北地区的问卷调查数据,通过构建农民工职位上行流动和职位上行流动度两个logistic基础模型,探索影响西北地区农民工就业职位上行流动的重要因素及影响机制。研究发现:人力资本和社会资本的不同要素对西北地区农民工就业职位的上行流动影响机制不同,并且在西北各省内就业、西北地区间跨省就业及西北外地区就业的选择与获得路径上存在明显差异。西北地区各省要围绕农民工就业职位上行流动特征及机制,加强农民工就业的区域合作,制定促进农民工就业质量提高的有效政策。
[Abstract]:The uplink flow of migrant workers' employment position is an important content of the development of peasant workers'citizenship. Based on the questionnaire survey data in Northwest China, this paper explores the important factors and influencing mechanism of the upward mobility of migrant workers' employment positions in Northwest China by constructing two logistic basic models of the upward mobility of migrant workers' positions and the degree of the upward mobility of posts. It is found that the different factors of human capital and social capital have different influence mechanisms on the upward mobility of migrant workers' employment positions in Northwest China, and they are employed in northwest provinces. There are obvious differences in the choice of employment and the path of obtaining employment between different provinces in Northwest China and outside of Northwest China. The provinces of Northwest China should focus on the upward mobility characteristics and mechanism of the employment of migrant workers, strengthen the regional cooperation in the employment of migrant workers, and formulate effective policies to improve the employment quality of migrant workers.
