松江南部新城某商场建设项目进度管理研究

【摘要】:随着大型的房屋建筑的增多,工程建设形式多元化,管理模式也从单一的专业管理,向整合各阶段管理的全过程项目管理模式发展,项目管理已从单项目管理发展到项目群管理的思路转变,尤其是项目普遍存在工期紧、投入大、任务重、风险高等众多问题,增加了项目的难度,在“工期就是利益”的今天,一个项目的进度管理越来越重要。 本文以项目进度控制为主要研究对象,通过对松江南部新城某商场项目从规划、设计到竣工交付使用这一过程的工期控制情况进行分析研究,指出该项目在进度管理方面许多值得我们借鉴的地方,对于以后新城规划与施工具有很好的指导意义,同时,对于该项目在实施过程中所遇见的问题的分析,也能够发现影响项目进度的因素和一些应摒弃的不完善的管理体系以及落后的管理方法。文章以进度控制为主要研究对象,同时也分析了进度控制与投资、质量、安全的关系,探讨出一条既能满足项目进度要求,又能达到项目其他要求的道路,对总结出一套理论有很重要的意义。 本论文主要应用了文献分析法、个案总结法以及走访调查法,通过查阅相关的进度管理研究资料,结合自己的研究总结,整理出相关的进度管理理论,并结合工程实例详细说明工程从规划、设计到施工进度管理的具体实施方法,具有理论性、实践性和实用性,适用于项目管理工作者以及建筑企业管理人员的学习研究,为新形势下的项目管理提供了一套比较完整、系统、实用的参考资料。
[Abstract]:With the increase of large building construction and the diversification of engineering construction, the management mode has also developed from a single professional management to a whole process project management model of integrating various stages of management. Project management has changed from single project management to project group management. Especially, there are many problems in project management, such as tight construction period, large investment, heavy task, high risk and so on, which increase the difficulty of the project. Schedule management of a project is becoming more and more important. This paper takes the project schedule control as the main research object, through the analysis and research on the time limit control of a shopping mall project in the south of Songjiang River, from the planning, design to the completion of the project. It is pointed out that the project can be used for reference in the aspect of schedule management, which has a good guiding significance for the planning and construction of the new town in the future. At the same time, the problems encountered in the implementation of the project are analyzed. It can also find the factors that influence the progress of the project, some imperfect management system and backward management methods that should be abandoned. Taking schedule control as the main research object, the paper also analyzes the relationship between schedule control and investment, quality and safety, and discusses a way that can meet the project schedule requirements as well as other project requirements. It is of great significance to sum up a set of theories. This paper mainly uses the literature analysis method, the case summary method and the visiting investigation method, through consulting the related progress management research data, unifies own research summary, collates the related progress management theory, The concrete implementation method of project from planning, design to construction schedule management is explained in detail in combination with engineering examples. It is theoretical, practical and practical. It is suitable for the study and research of project managers and managers of construction enterprises. It provides a set of relatively complete, systematic and practical reference materials for project management under the new situation.
