能源管理体系中的能源评审与节能方案

【摘要】:能源管理体系针对企业能源使用全过程(购入与存储、加工与转换、输送与分配以及终端使用)和运营全过程(生产运营、管理运营、生活运营),通过开展能源评审与实施节能方案以达到降低能源消耗、提高能源绩效的目的。在工业企业建立并运行能源管理体系,既可以帮助其强化能源管理工作的规范性,同时也可以促使企业保质保量地完成国家以及政府对其要求的节能目标与任务。 GB/T23331-2012是我国最新发布并且确定执行的能源管理体系标准。首先,论文简要说明其适用范围与运行模式。其次,对常见的能源管理信息与标准中的条款进行对照,并简述能源审计、合同能源管理以及清洁生产等能源管理工具。第三,阐述2012版标准GB/T23331-2012与2009版标准GB/T23331-2009的不同,这些变化有助于我们更加准确地把握新版标准的要求。最后,解读GB/T23331-2012条款中的内容。工业企业在建立、运行能源管理体系时,可以将GB/T23331-2012作为其重要依据与指导工具。 论文选择神马股份帘子布公司为案例,建立其能源管理体系。首先,介绍公司尼龙66工业丝与浸胶帘子布的主要生产工艺流程与辅助生产工艺系统,,并对公司2013年电力、蒸汽、天然气、水四种能源的消耗情况进行系统且全面地统计与分析,其综合能源消耗量为89484.505吨标准煤。同时,对公司的能源管理状况进行评审。其次,统计并汇总公司各个厂区的能源使用与消耗情况,发现整个公司中原丝厂与动力厂的能源消耗量最大,选其为重要能源使用区域。第三,识别原丝厂与动力厂中可能改进公司能源绩效的机会,并制定节能技术改造方案与节能管理方案。同时分析技术改造方案的技术可行性与经济可行性。如果确定实施,每年可以节约1495.188吨标准煤。最后,列举公司的主要耗能设备,并特别选取空压工段为研究对象,制定并分析压缩空气在产生、输送、使用以及余热回收四个方面的节能方案。
[Abstract]:The energy management system aims at the whole process of enterprise energy use (purchase and storage, processing and conversion, transportation and distribution, and terminal use) and the whole process of operation (production and operation, management and operation, life operation). In order to reduce energy consumption and improve energy performance, energy evaluation and energy saving program are carried out. The establishment and operation of energy management system in industrial enterprises can not only help them to strengthen the standardization of energy management, but also promote the enterprises to fulfill the goal and task of energy conservation required by the state and the government. GB/T23331-2012 is the latest energy management system standard issued and implemented in China. First of all, the paper briefly explains its scope of application and operation mode. Secondly, the common energy management information is compared with the terms of the standard, and the energy management tools such as energy audit, contract energy management and cleaner production are briefly described. Thirdly, the differences between the 2012 standard GB/T23331-2012 and the 2009 standard GB/T23331-2009 are expounded. These changes will help us to grasp the requirements of the new version more accurately. Finally, the interpretation of the content of the GB/T23331-2012 clause. When establishing and running energy management system, industrial enterprise can take GB/T23331-2012 as its important basis and guidance tool. This paper chooses Shenma stock cord fabric company as a case to establish its energy management system. First of all, the main production process and auxiliary production process system of nylon 66 industrial filament and dipped cord fabric are introduced, and the power, steam and natural gas of the company in 2013 are introduced. The consumption of four kinds of water energy is analyzed systematically and comprehensively. The comprehensive energy consumption is 89484.505 tons of standard coal. At the same time, the company's energy management status is reviewed. Secondly, the energy consumption and energy consumption of each factory area of the company are counted and summarized, and it is found that the energy consumption of the original silk factory and the power plant in the whole company is the largest, and it is selected as the important energy using area. Third, identify the opportunity of improving the energy performance of the original silk factory and power plant, and formulate the energy saving technical renovation scheme and the energy saving management plan. At the same time, the technical feasibility and economic feasibility of the technical transformation scheme are analyzed. If determined to implement, can save 1495.188 tons of standard coal per year. Finally, the main energy consumption equipment of the company is listed, and the air pressure section is selected as the research object, and the energy saving scheme of compressed air in producing, conveying, using and recovering waste heat is formulated and analyzed.
