关于中国特色社会主义市场经济的整体性解读

【摘要】：在构建中国特色社会主义市场经济历史进程中所产生的经济发展与社会问题凸显的悖论,其症结在于未能区分并科学对待市场经济的双重内涵——市场经济机制与市场经济精神。对市场经济的理解更多地停留于市场经济机制层面,而对市场经济精神及其消极影响未能加以足够警惕与限制。尽管市场经济精神有其积极意义,但就现阶段而言,个体的"原子式"存在状态与追求个人利益最大化的价值导向,对传统民族精神、集体主义和共产主义价值观具有不容忽视的消解作用。因而,在贯彻市场经济机制的同时,必须努力规避市场经济精神的消极影响,二者共同构成了当下建设中国特色社会主义市场经济的整体性内容。
[Abstract]:The paradox of economic development and social problems arising from the historical process of building a socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics, The crux lies in the failure to distinguish and scientifically treat the dual connotations of market economy-market economy mechanism and market economy spirit. The understanding of market economy lies more in the level of market economy mechanism, but the spirit of market economy and its negative influence can not be guarded and restricted sufficiently. Although the spirit of market economy has its positive significance, at the present stage, the "atomic" state of existence of the individual and the value orientation of pursuing the maximization of personal interests are of great importance to the traditional national spirit. Collectivism and communist values play an important role in dispelling them. Therefore, while carrying out the market economy mechanism, we must try our best to avoid the negative influence of the spirit of market economy, both of which constitute the whole content of building socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics at present.
