管理势与对称化领导力素质模型构建研究

【摘要】:后工业社会和全球化的复杂变化为组织的发展带来了机遇和挑战,领导力在组织的管理过程中发挥了巨大作用,更契合了信息人社会对称化素质的要求,拥有和谐素质的有效领导力,可以带领组织实现更快更强更稳的和谐发展。立足于中西方领导力研究的相关理论现状,结合目前组织领导力的管理实践,本文从管理势科学的角度出发,对组织的领导力进行深入的逻辑分析和模型探讨,提出了对称化领导力的和谐势对称解模型,结合保龄宝有限公司的领导力现状分析了对称化领导力的具体提升策略。 本文对对称化领导力的和谐素质模型进行研究,首先,基于势科学的普适性对管理势进行定义、基于势科学的自旋稳定性对于领导力素质进行对称化描述,同时学习中西方领导力构建研究的理论成果,进而完成了对于管理势和领导力理论基础的系统论述;其次,研究领导力内外影响素质在管理势上的对称化表达,明确领导力素质呈现了管理势的显势和潜势要素结合。在本部分进行理论搜集、学者访谈和调研取证,将定性和定量分析相结合,对领导力素质输入细分指标,最终借助于主成分分析得出基于管理势理论的对称化领导力在制度、文化、领导、沟通、战略、细节、组织和执行方面的主要构成要素;在第四章本文将8次非线性解进行四维显势和四维潜势的对应分析,阐述了领导力在制度和文化、领导和沟通、战略和细节、以及组织和计划上的对称,从而得出了对称化领导力素质族群的和谐势对称解模型;最后,,本文以保龄宝对称化领导力的构建为例,提出了塑造差别并加强联系的对称化领导力素质的建设路径,实证分析了对称化领导力的提升策略。 相信伴随着组织对于领导力研究的重视,势科学在管理势对称理论的发展,对称化领导力素质模型的建设会更加完善,更具实践的可操作性,最终为组织提升领导力提供全方位的指导。
[Abstract]:The complex changes of post-industrial society and globalization have brought opportunities and challenges to the development of the organization. Leadership has played a great role in the management process of the organization, and has met the requirements of the symmetrical quality of the information society. Effective leadership with harmonious qualities can lead the organization to achieve faster, stronger and more stable harmonious development. Based on the current situation of the relevant theories of leadership research in China and the West and the management practice of organizational leadership at present, this paper makes a deep logical analysis and model discussion on organizational leadership from the perspective of management potential science. In this paper, a symmetric solution model of symmetrized leadership is proposed, and the specific strategy of promoting symmetric leadership is analyzed in combination with the present situation of Baoling Bao. In this paper, the harmonious quality model of symmetrical leadership is studied. Firstly, the management potential is defined based on the universality of potential science, and the quality of leadership is described symmetrically based on the spin stability of potential science. At the same time, it studies the theoretical achievements of leadership construction in China and the West, and then completes the systematic discussion on the management potential and the theoretical basis of leadership. Secondly, the symmetrization expression of internal and external influence quality of leadership in management potential is studied, and it is clear that leadership quality presents the combination of management potential and potential elements. In this part of the theoretical collection, scholars interviews and research and evidence, qualitative and quantitative analysis will be combined to input subdivision indicators of leadership quality, and finally with the help of principal component analysis, we can draw a symmetrical leadership system based on management potential theory. Key elements of culture, leadership, communication, strategy, detail, organization and implementation; In chapter 4, we analyze the four dimensional potential and four dimensional potential of the eight order nonlinear solutions, and expound the symmetry of leadership in system and culture, leadership and communication, strategy and detail, and organization and plan. Thus, the symmetrically symmetric solution model of harmonious potential is obtained. Finally, taking the construction of Baoling Baobao symmetrical leadership as an example, this paper puts forward the construction path of symmetrized leadership quality, which forms the difference and strengthens the connection, and empirically analyzes the promotion strategy of symmetrical leadership. It is believed that with the attention of organizations to leadership research, the development of potential science in management potential symmetry theory, the construction of symmetrical leadership quality model will be more perfect, more practical maneuverability. In the end, it will provide the overall guidance for the organization to improve its leadership.
