DC公司仓储系统的布局与仿真研究

【摘要】:我国物流行业整体呈现出快速发展的模式,但是随着市场竞争的日趋激烈,物流行业也面临着很大的危机,仓储环节作为物流活动的核心部分,其经营状况的优劣将影响到整个物流系统的效率与效益。在仓储系统中科学合理的设施规划能够充分将人力、物力、设备和资源进行整合,简化物流流程,提高物流效率。物流仿真主要是借助计算机技术对物流系统进行真实的模仿,通过仿真实验得到各种动态活动及过程瞬间仿效记录进而验证物流工程项目建设的有效性、合理性和优化效果。本文主要以DC公司玉米仓库为背景,应用SLP(系统化设施布置)对其作业单位进行科学合理的布置,并应用Flexsim软件对其系统进行仿真研究,找出仓库系统在运行时出现的“瓶颈”,进而对整个物流系统进行改善。 本文首先介绍了仓储管理与物流系统仿真在国内外的研究现状,其次对仓储的功能和仓储管理原则做了介绍,并且针对DC公司玉米仓库的性质做了描述,为后面的优化奠定了基础。然后分析了物流系统仿真,特别是离散事件系统仿真的组成,接着对Flexsim软件的产生、功能与特点、术语以及基本的建模步骤做了详细的介绍。 本文主要是以DC公司的仓储系统为研究对象,发现其在管理、布局和设施配备方面存在问题,运用工业工程理论对其提出了几点改善意见,并应用SLP法对仓储系统各单位之间的物流和非物流关系作了分析,综合各方面因素,将各单位的布局做了优化。最后应用Flexsim软件对DC公司玉米仓库进行仿真,分析入库和出库的具体作业流程,通过将真实的物理系统抽象与简化,建立仓储作业系统的仿真模型,设置模型参数并仿真运行,得出3D模型的结果分析。结合玉米仓储的特点和仓储管理的原则分析出系统模型中存在的不合理性,建立优化的目标寻找优化的方法,改善模型并多次运行得出最优模型,降低仓储成本和工作人员的劳动强度,提高仓储效率。
[Abstract]:China's logistics industry as a whole presents a rapid development model, but with the increasingly fierce market competition, the logistics industry is also facing a great crisis, warehousing as the core part of logistics activities, Its management condition will affect the efficiency and benefit of the whole logistics system. Scientific and reasonable facility planning in storage system can fully integrate manpower, material resources, equipment and resources, simplify logistics process and improve logistics efficiency. Logistics simulation is mainly based on computer technology to simulate the logistics system. Through simulation experiments, various dynamic activities and processes can be recorded instantly to verify the effectiveness, rationality and optimization of logistics project construction. This paper mainly takes DC corn warehouse as the background, applies SLP (systematic facility layout) to carry on the scientific and reasonable layout to its operating unit, and uses Flexsim software to carry on the simulation research to its system, Find out the bottleneck of warehouse system and improve the whole logistics system. This paper first introduces the research status of warehouse management and logistics system simulation at home and abroad, secondly, introduces the storage function and storage management principle, and describes the nature of DC corn warehouse. It lays the foundation for the later optimization. Then the composition of logistics system simulation, especially discrete event system simulation, is analyzed, and then the generation, function and characteristics of Flexsim software, terminology and basic modeling steps are introduced in detail. This paper mainly takes the warehousing system of DC Company as the research object, finds out the problems in management, layout and facilities, and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the system by using the theory of industrial engineering. The relationship between logistics and non-logistics in warehouse system is analyzed by SLP method, and the layout of each unit is optimized by synthesizing various factors. Finally, the Flexsim software is used to simulate the corn warehouse of DC Company, and the concrete operation flow of entering and leaving the warehouse is analyzed. By abstracting and simplifying the real physical system, the simulation model of the storage operation system is established, the model parameters are set up and the simulation operation is carried out. The results of 3D model are analyzed. According to the characteristics of corn storage and the principles of storage management, the irrationality of the system model is analyzed, and the optimization method is established to improve the model and run the optimal model many times. Reduce storage cost and labor intensity of staff, improve storage efficiency.
