经济欠发达城市如何应对快速城市化——巴西库里蒂巴的经验与启示

【摘要】:巴西库里蒂巴(Curitiba)人口规模从1970年的100万增长为2010年的200万。在这一过程中,库里蒂巴成功地应对了人口规模爆发式增长过程中可能产生的"城市病",被联合国选为"最适合人类居住的城市":公交系统好、垃圾管理好、环境保护好。研究发现,这主要依赖三大关键城市问题的解决方案:快速公交系统计划、绿色空间计划和绿色交换计划。这对我国同样处于经济发展水平较低且面临人口规模快速增长的大量中小城市而言,有着重要的借鉴参考意义。
[Abstract]:Brazil's Curitiba (Curitiba) population grew from 1 million in 1970 to 2 million in 2010. In this process, Curitiba successfully dealt with the possible "urban disease" in the process of population explosion, and was selected by the United Nations as "the most suitable city for human habitation": good public transport system, good garbage management, and good environmental protection. The study found that this largely depends on the solution of three key urban problems: the bus Rapid Transit system Plan, the Green Space Plan, and the Green Exchange Program. It has important reference significance for a large number of small and medium-sized cities which are also in the low level of economic development and facing the rapid growth of population.
