基于物联网技术的连锁超市配送中心作业流程优化研究

【摘要】:随着连锁超市竞争日趋激烈,配送中心已成为连锁经营可持续发展的重要基础和保障。但限于目前我国多数配送中心作业不合理、信息化水平滞后,配送中心优势未得以充分发挥。物联网作为新一代的信息技术,其在配送中心的应用将极大地提升物流运作效率,降低物流总成本,并提供以往不可能做到的优质服务。基于此,本文提出基于物联网技术的连锁超市配送中心作业流程优化研究,以期用新的途径解决传统的配送中心作业问题,为连锁超市物流配送开拓新的研究视角。 全文思路始终围绕PDCA循环开展,首先用跨职能流程图的方法对配送中心作业流程现状进行分析,指出在作业效率、服务质量、物流成本和顾客满意度四个方面存在的问题;其次,借鉴美、日、德等发达国家在连锁企业配送中心应用物联网的成功经验,从我国实际情况出发,提出应用物联网技术优化我国连锁超市配送中心作业流程的目标、原则;再次,以连锁经营、现代物流管理、流程优化理论为基础,借助ESIA分析法,应用RFID、GPS/GIS、WSN、Agent等物联网技术优化配送中心作业流程,使之更加精准化、高效化、自动化;最后,结合华润万家西北配送中心的客观情况,提出了优化建议,为同类企业应用物联网技术优化配送中心作业流程提供借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:With the fierce competition of supermarket chain, distribution center has become an important foundation and guarantee for the sustainable development of chain operation. However, at present, most of the distribution centers in our country are not reasonable, the level of information is lagging behind, and the advantages of distribution centers have not been brought into full play. As a new generation of information technology, the application of Internet of things in the distribution center will greatly improve the efficiency of logistics operation, reduce the total cost of logistics, and provide quality services that could not be achieved in the past. Based on this, this paper puts forward the optimization research of chain supermarket distribution center operation flow based on Internet of things technology, in order to solve the traditional distribution center operation problem with a new way, and open up a new research angle for chain supermarket logistics distribution. Firstly, the paper analyzes the present situation of distribution center's operation flow by using cross-functional flow chart method, and points out the existing problems in four aspects: job efficiency, service quality, logistics cost and customer satisfaction. Secondly, draw lessons from the successful experience of the United States, Japan, Germany and other developed countries in the application of the Internet of things in the distribution center of chain enterprises, starting from the actual situation of our country, put forward the goal and principle of optimizing the operation flow of the distribution center of chain supermarket in our country by using the technology of Internet of things; Thirdly, on the basis of chain management, modern logistics management, process optimization theory, with the help of ESIA analysis, using RFID,GPS/GIS,WSN,Agent and other Internet of things technology to optimize distribution center operation process, make it more accurate, high efficiency, automation; Finally, combined with the objective situation of Huarun Wanjia distribution center, the optimization suggestions are put forward, which can be used as reference for similar enterprises to optimize the operation flow of distribution center by using the technology of Internet of things.
