快递企业服务风险分析与防范研究

【摘要】:随着信息技术的飞速发展,网络在人们生活中的地位悄然上升,而基于网络发展起来的电子商务也迎来了前所未有的大发展,正是由于电子商务和网上购物等新的工作、生活方式,带动了我国快递业的快速发展。近年来,,我国的快递业几乎都以几何级速度增长着。但是,高速增长的背后却隐藏着诸多隐患。近几年发生在快递企业身上的问题层出不穷,如快递变慢递、物件损毁、丢失、毒快递等事件无不反映出快递服务过程中的漏洞,为快递企业的经营管理和长远发展带来了很大风险。 本文在前人研究的基础上,根据风险管理理论,对快递企业服务风险的影响因素进行识别,构建了快递企业服务风险指标体系,并且通过问卷调查法,运用层次分析法对指标体系进行打分,进而根据各风险因素得分情况对指标体系进行修改,同时也确定各风险因素的权重,最后通过模糊综合评价法对这些风险因素进行评价,得出快递企业服务风险总得分即风险程度,从而有针对性的提出快递企业服务风险预警模型和防范机制。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology, the status of the network in people's lives has risen quietly, and the e-business based on the network has ushered in an unprecedented development, which is precisely due to the new work of e-commerce and online shopping. Lifestyle, driving the rapid development of China's express industry. In recent years, the express delivery industry in China is almost growing at a geometric speed. However, behind the high-speed growth there are many hidden dangers. In recent years, problems occurred in express delivery enterprises in an endless stream. For example, express delivery slowed down, items were damaged, lost, and other incidents such as poison express all reflected loopholes in the process of express delivery services. For express delivery business management and long-term development has brought great risks. On the basis of the previous research, according to the theory of risk management, this paper identifies the influencing factors of the service risk of express delivery enterprises, constructs the index system of service risk of express delivery enterprises, and through the method of questionnaire, The index system is graded by AHP, then the index system is modified according to the score of each risk factor, and the weight of each risk factor is also determined. Finally, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate these risk factors. The total score of service risk of express delivery enterprise is the degree of risk, so the early warning model and prevention mechanism of service risk of express delivery enterprise are put forward.
