河北省城市化与生态环境协调发展研究

【摘要】：近年来，随着改革开放的进一步扩大，河北省工业化，城市化，现代化道路的发展速度越来越快。随着投入产出的显而易见的成效，工业化和城市化对区域经济增长效果非常明显，人们就把关注点放在这些方面。所以近些年来河北也是一直在致力于河北省区域内的城市化水平的提高。但城市化的发展，在一方面可以提升本地区的经济发展，，促使经济产量的增加，但在偏重经济增长的条件下肯定会对生态环境造成破坏效应。河北省近年来存在着严重的生态环境问题，环境的承载力不能够与其经济发展水平相适应，产业结构不合理，这些状况又加剧了河北省生态环境水平的恶化。虽然面临雾霾的频繁发生，河北省在生态环境保护方面进行了很大程度的关注，联合政府企业与个人致力于专门的环境治理工作，但是从成效上来看，与全国其他城市相比，在城市化水平和环境质量方面都尽不如人意。环境的污染破坏会使城市的整个生态系统内的结构和功能造成破坏，进一步对整个城市的经济和社会发展以及居民的生活造成阻碍。但城市化与生态环境之间的矛盾是可以通过调整区域的政策和发展战略来缓解。本论文在总结了河北省各个地级市的城市化与生态环境发展水平基础之上，对城市化过程中与生态环境不协调发展问题产生的原因和特点进行分析，根据具体问题提出来一些针对性的对策建议。究其根本，实现城市化和生态环境协调发展是为了实现城市和人类的可持续发展，是为了实现整个社会的可持续发展的过程，本文也正是致力于对河北省的可持续发展建言献策。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the further expansion of reform and opening up, the road of industrialization, urbanization and modernization of Hebei Province is developing faster and faster. With the obvious effect of input-output, the effect of industrialization and urbanization on regional economic growth is very obvious, and people focus on these aspects. So in recent years, Hebei has been committed to the improvement of the urbanization level in Hebei province. On the one hand, the development of urbanization can promote the economic development of our region and promote the increase of economic output, but under the condition of paying more attention to the economic growth, it will certainly cause damage to the ecological environment. In recent years, there are serious ecological environmental problems in Hebei Province, the carrying capacity of the environment can not be adapted to its economic development level, and the industrial structure is unreasonable. These conditions have aggravated the deterioration of the ecological environment level in Hebei Province. Although faced with the frequent occurrence of haze, Hebei Province has paid great attention to the protection of ecological environment, the coalition government enterprises and individuals devote themselves to special environmental management work, but in terms of effectiveness, compared with other cities throughout the country, The level of urbanization and environmental quality are not satisfactory. Environmental pollution damage will cause damage to the structure and function of the whole ecosystem of the city and further hinder the economic and social development of the whole city as well as the life of the residents. However, the contradiction between urbanization and ecological environment can be alleviated by adjusting regional policies and development strategies. On the basis of summing up the level of urbanization and ecological environment development of each prefectural city in Hebei Province, this paper analyzes the causes and characteristics of the uncoordinated development between urbanization and ecological environment. According to the specific problems put forward some targeted countermeasures and suggestions. At its root, the harmonious development of urbanization and ecological environment is to realize the sustainable development of the city and human beings, and the process of realizing the sustainable development of the whole society. This article is also dedicated to the sustainable development of Hebei Province.
