第三方认证机构EPA认证流程优化研究

【摘要】:在国际市场竞争日趋激烈的今天,全球贸易不断变化,全新市场对传统生产销售方式带来不断冲击,为应对这种变化,企业必须降低产品成本,同时又要在整个企业运作过程中使产品达到安全和质量标准以及不同市场的法规要求。当这些挑战和压力出现在企业面前的时候,第三方检测和认证服务机构成为企业的解决问题的首选,因为它可以为企业提供不可或缺的有力支持并且可以发展为企业可靠的合作伙伴。本文的研究对象为第三方认证服务机构的EPA认证项目流程,以流程管理理论为基础,对第三方认证服务机构EPA认证项目的主流程和实验室测试子流程进行研究分析。通过对认证流程实际运作过程的分析,找到目前第三方认证服务机构EPA认证项目管理流程中存在的问题,随后对管理流程进行流程优化与再造,并且通过实例证明方法的可行性。在市场竞争日趋激烈的今日,为第三方认证服务机构探索一条发展之路。论文首先对流程管理的起源及发展、自身本质特征、常用优化方法和在实施过程中应该遵循的原则等进行了介绍,通过描述分析第三方认证服务机构EPA认证项目的管理流程现状,指出对于流程的优化与再造的重要性与紧迫性。论文重点研究了EPA认证的主流程和实验室测试子流程,分析了影响项目生命周期和项目组作业效率低下的原因,对冗余、不增值的活动进行了简化、合并,并运用实例对流程优化与再造的效果进行评价,提出了一些改进的建议。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly fierce competition in the international market today, the global trade is constantly changing, the new market has brought the continuous impact on the traditional production and sales methods, in order to cope with this change, enterprises must reduce the cost of products. At the same time, it is necessary to make the product meet safety and quality standards and different market regulations in the whole operation of the enterprise. When these challenges and pressures arise in front of the enterprise, third-party inspection and certification services become the first choice for the solution of the enterprise's problems. Because it can provide the indispensable strong support for the enterprise and can develop into a reliable partner of the enterprise. The research object of this paper is the EPA certification project flow of the third-party certification service organization. Based on the theory of process management, the main process and the laboratory test sub-process of the third-party certification service organization EPA certification project are studied and analyzed. Through the analysis of the actual operation process of the certification process, this paper finds out the problems existing in the current EPA certification project management process of the third-party certification service organization, and then optimizes and rebuilds the management process. The feasibility of the method is proved by an example. In the increasingly fierce market competition today, for the third-party certification services to explore a road to development. First of all, the paper introduces the origin and development of process management, its own essential characteristics, the commonly used optimization methods and the principles that should be followed in the process of implementation, and so on. By describing and analyzing the status quo of the management process of the EPA certification project of the third-party certification service organization, this paper points out the importance and urgency of the optimization and reengineering of the process. This paper focuses on the main process of EPA certification and the sub-process of laboratory testing, analyzes the reasons that affect the life cycle of the project and the low efficiency of the project team, and simplifies and merges the redundant and non-value-added activities. An example is used to evaluate the effect of process optimization and reengineering, and some suggestions for improvement are put forward.
