技术溢出下的批发价承诺与研发合作策略

【摘要】：综合考虑两层供应链中的横向技术溢出效应和供应商"敲竹杠"行为,借助博弈模型分析了供应商批发价承诺与制造商研发合作策略如何相互影响。研究发现,制造商之间的技术溢出放大了供应商的"敲竹杠"行为;无论供应商是否承诺批发价,制造商总有动机进行研发合作,但只有当溢出率较大时,研发合作才能促进创新并改进供应商及供应链的利润;供应商承诺批发价总是能促进创新,并改进制造商以及供应链的利润;但只有当需求波动较小时,承诺批发价才对供应商自身有利。当制造商之间的溢出率越高、竞争越弱或制造商研发能力越强时,供应商越愿意采用承诺批发价策略。
[Abstract]:Considering the horizontal technology spillover effect in the two-tier supply chain and the behavior of suppliers, this paper analyzes how the wholesale price commitment of suppliers and the R & D cooperation strategy of manufacturers interact with each other with the help of game model. It is found that the technology spillover between manufacturers magnifies the "rampage" behavior of suppliers. No matter whether the supplier promises wholesale price or not, the manufacturer always has the motivation to carry on the research and development cooperation, but only when the overflow rate is large, the R & D cooperation can promote innovation and improve the profit of supplier and supply chain. Suppliers promise wholesale prices will always promote innovation and improve manufacturers and supply chain profits, but only when demand volatility is small, promised wholesale prices are good for suppliers themselves. When the higher the overflow rate between manufacturers, the weaker the competition or the stronger the R & D ability of manufacturers, the more willing suppliers are to adopt the promised wholesale price strategy.
