辽宁XQ公司员工激励问题研究

【摘要】:随着市场经济的高速发展,越来越多的企业开始重视人力资源管理,开始意识到企业要想在行业竞争中具有绝对优势,就必须激发员工的潜能和才智,这样的企业才更具有活力。而在企业人力资源管理过程中,对员工的激励则突显其重要性。激励是人力资源管理的重要环节,是企业发展的关键所在,因而在当今经济环境下,越来越多的企业已经把员工激励作为公司的管理的战略性问题。而员工激励不足将对企业的管理有重大影响。本文主要是通过对辽宁XQ公司员工激励问题进行诊断,深入分析该公司员工激励中存在的问题,结合相关的激励理论知识,运用问卷调查等方法进行相关研究,并且针对出现的问题,给出有针对性的激励措施,从而为同等类型的企业提供一个知识型员工激励问题的建议性解决方案。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of market economy, more and more enterprises begin to attach importance to human resource management, and begin to realize that if enterprises want to have absolute advantages in the industry competition, they must stimulate the potential and intelligence of their employees. Such an enterprise is more dynamic. In the process of enterprise human resource management, the incentive to employees highlights its importance. Incentive is an important link of human resource management and the key to the development of enterprises. Therefore, in today's economic environment, more and more enterprises have regarded employee incentive as a strategic issue in the management of the company. However, the lack of employee incentive will have a significant impact on the management of enterprises. This paper is mainly through the diagnosis of Liaoning XQ company employee motivation problem, in-depth analysis of the company's employee motivation problems, combined with the relevant incentive theory knowledge, the use of questionnaires and other methods to carry out relevant research. In view of the existing problems, the targeted incentive measures are given, so as to provide a suggested solution to the incentive problem of knowledge workers for the same type of enterprises.
