基于个性化信息服务的物业行业E-Recruiting平台研究
[Abstract]:At present, the property service in our country is developing rapidly. If enterprises want to stand up under the condition of more and more fierce commercial competition, they must pay attention to human resources. With the fastest speed, the least resources to attract truly valuable talent, and to enable candidates in this field to participate in recruitment more quickly, these issues have a lot to do with everyone and the enterprise. Because more and more people are looking for jobs, but also because of the problems of events, space and places, the original propaganda meeting and job fair are far from meeting today's recruitment needs. Therefore, it is absolutely necessary to appear recruitment in the form of online recruitment system (E-Recruiting) for property enterprises. Nowadays, online recruitment is well known, and more people are involved in it. The rapidly expanding amount of information leads to the problem of information overload and information confusion. Because of the excessive amount of information of job seekers, recruiters are basically unable to share job search resumes online. How to manage such a large amount of information, and the fastest to select the talents needed by the company. It is the biggest difficulty encountered by enterprises in online recruitment, and recruiters also hope to have a more reasonable form of online recruitment. From the perspective of recruiters, this paper makes an in-depth study on the personalized recommendation technology of online recruitment as the center of discussion, and not only that, but also makes a E-Recruiting recruitment platform on the online platform, so that recruiters and candidates can communicate with each other over a long distance. It is hoped that this design can speed up the selection rate of recruiters to a certain extent, thus reducing recruitment costs. There are three main aspects: the specific strategy research of this technology, the model of evaluating the competitiveness of resumes seeking functions, and the research of humanized recommendation technology of massive information. In addition, a E-Recruiting platform with personalized recommendation technology is designed after in-depth research. Its main functions include five aspects: job seeker resume release, key position search, resume release, recruiter position management and key resume search.
