用新的发展理念谋划河南“十三五”发展——第三届中原智库论坛综述

【摘要】：正为了更好地贯彻落实党的十八届五中全会精神,更好地服务省委省政府决策和建言献策河南"十三五"规划,2015年11月7日第三届中原智库论坛在郑州召开,河南省人民政府副省长张广智出席论坛并发表重要讲话,河南省委宣传部副部长王仁海对论坛召开表示祝贺,来自河南省内外的80余位专家学者参加了此次论坛,就如何学习理解贯彻党的十八届五中全会精神、更好地谋划河南"十三五"经济社会发展等议题,展开了广泛交流和深入
[Abstract]:In order to better implement the spirit of the Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and better serve the decisions and suggestions of the provincial government of the Provincial CPC Committee on Henan's 13th five-year Plan, the third Central Plains think-tank Forum was held in Zhengzhou on November 7, 2015. Zhang Guangzhi, vice governor of the Henan Provincial people's Government, attended the forum and delivered an important speech. Wang Renhai, vice minister of the propaganda Department of the Henan Provincial CPC Committee, congratulated the forum on the convening of the forum. More than 80 experts and scholars from inside and outside Henan Province attended the forum and carried out extensive exchanges and deepening on how to study, understand and implement the spirit of the Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee and better plan the economic and social development of Henan during the 13th five-year Plan.
