政府支持与人力资本动态对合肥市中小企业创新绩效影响的实证分析

经济发展的趋势已在全世界得到了证实并变得至关重要。在市场条件越来越饱和的情况下,竞争日趋激烈。在这样的竞争形势下,政府支持不仅被认为是大型组织,同时也是中小型企业开展研发活动的先决条件。中小型企业在区域和国家经济发展中发挥着举足轻重的作用,但由于中小型企业的内在脆弱性,它受到的影响最大,迫切需要建立应对前所未有的市场波动的能力。本研究将“投入-过程-产出”模式作为研究中小型企业创新绩效的理论框架。研究结合了包括政府支持在内的外部力量与相关背景的人力资本动态,分析了中小型企业吸收能力的影响,从而达到推动创新绩效的目的。中国的政策结构是从中央向省级和地方各级政府延伸,但在各省市的结果却不尽相同。本研究以合肥市(中国安徽省省会城市)128家中小型企业为研究对象,采用问卷调查的形式进行数据收集。为了检验研究模式,探究关系结果,了解观察变量和潜在变量吸收能力的中介作用,本研究使用了Smart PLS-SEM v 3.0软件。研究结果表明,投入(政府支持和人力资本动态)具有十分重要的意义,并与企业过程(吸收能力)和产出(创新绩效)的影响有很强的相关性。研究中的所有变量都与中小企业创新绩效有很好的相...
