【摘要】：2015年至今,中概股回归热情持续高涨。随着分众传媒、巨人网络等公司的成功回归,以及越来越多的公司宣布回归方案,中概股回归方式的主流趋势逐渐显现。在总结归纳中概股回归路径的基础之上,进一步分析了回归主流方式—借壳上市的选择动机、壳公司定位以及交易模式,旨为后续的回归公司提供经验及启示。
[Abstract]:From 2015 to the present, the return of enthusiasm to the stock market has continued to rise. With the successful return of Focus Media, giant network and other companies, and more and more companies announce the return plan, the mainstream trend of stock return is emerging. On the basis of summarizing the stock return path, the paper further analyzes the way of returning to the mainstream -- backdoor listing's choice motivation, shell company positioning and transaction mode, aiming to provide experience and inspiration for the subsequent return companies.
