【摘要】：在2009年10月30日，28家公司成功在创业板市场上市。我国创业板市场定位的目标企业是“三高五新”型企业(高技术、高成长、高增值、新经济、新农业、新能源、新材料、新型服务业)固定成本高，边际成本低是“三高五新”产业的共同特点。在成立之初，由于企业需要较大规模的资金支持和较为高端的技术支持，固定成本高。一旦企业成功运营到一定阶段，其产生的规模经济效应会降低边际成本，带来高额收益。由于创业板上市公司拥有“三高五新”这样的特点，它的推出间接提高我国自主创新能力，也就注定了这些公司成了我国创新能力方面的代表。随着科学技术的日新月异和经济全球化步伐的加快，企业创新能力成为发展中国家调整经济结构和提高国家竞争力的中心环节，，日益受到发展中国家的重视。当前，我国正处在全面建设小康社会、走新型工业化道路、建立创新型国家的关键时期，加快企业的创新步伐，提升企业的竞争力受到各界的高度重视。企业创新能力对企业竞争力影响的研究对于企业提高自身经营水平和企业竞争力具有重要意义。本文首先通过对国内外关于企业创新能力和企业竞争力的相关理论及研究成果的大量文献的研究。分析了当前我国企业创新能力及其竞争力研究的现状。其次以企业创新能力及企业竞争力内涵为指导，依据企业创新能力及竞争力测评指标体系建立的原则，从企业创新投入、企业创新产出方面系统地建立企业创新能力评价指标体系，同时从市场竞争力、效益竞争力和成长竞争力三方面系统地建立企业竞争力测评指标体系。最后，用统计的方法分析了截止2012年我国创业板上市公司的发展现状，然后利用主成分分析将企业创新能力和企业竞争力两大指标体系分别划分为两个维度（创新投入和创新产出）和三个维度（市场竞争能力、效益竞争力和成长竞争力），再结合相关理论假设建立结构方程模型。运用创业板上市公司2012年的报表数据，通过对企业创新投入、创新产出对企业竞争力三大维度影响的实证研究，得出相应的实证研究结果。结果表明，企业创新投入对市场竞争力的影响是负向的，对效益竞争力、成长竞争力的影响为正向，而且对效益竞争力的影响最大。企业创新产出对企业竞争力三大维度的影响均为正向，对效益竞争力的影响最大。基于这一结论，企业通过合理途径筹集资金，保证企业研发所需的资金支出；大力引进高技术人才；同时要时刻把握行业、市场的动向，将创新性和市场需求很好的结合起来等方式增强企业竞争力。
[Abstract]:In October 30, 2009, 28 companies successfully listed on the GEM market. The target enterprise gem market positioning in China is "three new" enterprise (high technology, high growth, high value-added, new economy, new agriculture, new energy, new materials, new services) high fixed costs and low marginal costs "the common characteristics of three new industry. In the beginning, because the enterprise requires a large scale financial support and support more high-end technology, high fixed costs. Once the successful operation of enterprises to a certain stage, the effect of scale economy which produces lower marginal cost, bring high returns. Due to the GEM listed companies have three this new feature, it launched indirectly improve the capability of independent innovation in China, it is doomed to become the representative of the company of our country innovation ability.
With the development of science and technology change rapidly and accelerate the pace of economic globalization, the innovation ability of the enterprises become the developing countries to adjust economic structure and improve the competitiveness of the national central link, is increasingly valued by developing countries. At present, China is building a comprehensive well-off society, taking a new road to industrialization, the establishment of a critical period of innovative country, accelerate the pace of innovation of the enterprise. Attaches great importance to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises by all walks of life. The effect of enterprise innovation ability of enterprise competitiveness for enterprises to improve their management level and has important significance to the competitiveness of enterprises.
Firstly, through the study of literature on the domestic and foreign related theories about enterprise innovation ability and the competitiveness of enterprises and the research results. The analysis of the current research status and innovation ability of enterprises in our country and its competitiveness. Secondly based on the connotation of enterprise innovation ability and competitiveness of enterprises as a guide, on the basis of establishing evaluation index system of enterprise innovation ability and competitive principle from the investment, enterprise innovation, enterprise innovation output system to establish the evaluation index system of enterprise innovation ability, and benefit from the market competitiveness, and growing competitiveness in three aspects to establish the index system of enterprise competitiveness evaluation. Finally, using statistical methods to analysis the current situation by the end of 2012, China's GEM listed companies, and then use the main component analysis of enterprise innovation ability and enterprise competitiveness index system of two were divided into two dimensions (Gen. The new investment and innovation output) and three dimensions (the ability of market competition, efficiency and growing competitiveness), combined with the theory hypothesis to establish structural equation model. The report data by the GEM listed companies in 2012, through investment in innovation, empirical research on the impact of innovative output on the competitiveness of enterprises in three dimensions, obtained the corresponding results the empirical research. The results show that the impact on the market competitiveness of enterprise innovation investment is negative, the benefit of competitiveness, affecting the growth of competitiveness is positive, and the influence on the competitive benefits the most. Effects of innovation output on the competitiveness of enterprises in three dimensions have a positive impact on the competitiveness of the maximum benefit, this one. Based on the conclusion that enterprises raise funds through reasonable means to ensure that enterprises for research and development capital expenditures; vigorously the introduction of high-tech talents; at the same time to grasp the industry moment, The trend of the market will enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise by combining innovation and market demand well.
