上市公司供应链金融转型动因的实证分析

【摘要】：关注上市公司转型供应链金融的动因,对把握我国未来实体经济的发展动向有着重要意义。文章基于我国A股市场的公开数据,采用LASSO-LOGIT模型分析上市公司转型供应链金融的动因。研究发现,与实际经营密切相关的营业收入同比增长率、应收账款周转率、固定资产周转率和速动比率等因素对上市公司的转型有着显著的正向影响。
[Abstract]:It is of great significance to pay attention to the motivation of transforming the supply chain finance of listed companies to grasp the development trend of our country's real economy in the future. This article is based on the open data of the A share market of our country. The LASSO-LOGIT model is used to analyze the motivation of transforming the supply chain finance of listed companies. The research finds that the growth rate of revenue and the turnover rate of accounts receivable are closely related to the actual operation. Factors such as fixed assets turnover ratio and speed ratio have a significant positive impact on the transformation of listed companies.
