【摘要】:随着越来越多的女性进入高管团队并参与管理决策,高管性别多元化的相关研究日趋丰富。通过以2007—2014年沪深两市A股上市公司作为样本,从研发投入和创新产出两个视角实证检验了女性高管对企业技术创新的影响。研究结果表明,女性高管对企业创新水平具有显著的抑制效应。
[Abstract]:As more and more women enter senior management teams and participate in management decisions, research on gender diversity among executives is becoming more and more abundant. A sample of A-shares listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2007 to 2014 was used as a sample. From the perspectives of R & D input and innovation output, this paper empirically tests the influence of female executives on enterprise technological innovation. The results show that female executives have significant inhibitory effect on the level of enterprise innovation.
