万宝之争:情怀角力资本

【摘要】：正7月22日,中国证监会举行例行发布会,新闻发言人邓舸对万科股东及管理层予以谴责。邓舸表示,证监会一直在关注万科股权之争的各方言行,将会同有关部门核查,依法依规处理。相关各方本应成为建设市场的积极力量,带头守法,但万科相关股东与管理层置中小股东利益于不顾,严重影响了公司的市场形象,违背了公司治理的义务。这个夏天,没有哪则新闻的热度能够盖过"万科股权之争"了。舆论场彻底被撕裂,各色人等轮番上场,各种信息铺天盖地。不管是理性的分析,还是撕心裂肺的嚎叫,都被我们一一见识。
