系统视角下上市公司高管增减持对公司价值的影响研究

【摘要】：论文在系统整体与部分关系的视角下,关注不同职能类型的高管增减持问题,以2008-2014年高管持股变动的上市公司为样本,将高管分为董事、监事、经理层三个不同类别,分析其持股增减对企业价值影响。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of the relationship between the whole and part of the system, this paper focuses on the increase and decrease of executive holding in different functional types. Taking the listed companies with the change of executive stock ownership from 2008 to 2014 as a sample, the executives are divided into three different categories: directors, supervisors and managers.This paper analyzes the influence of the increase and decrease of its shareholding on the enterprise value.
