资本市场怎样更好地服务于实体经济

【摘要】：我国资本市场虽然已经取得了长足的发展,但是发行核准制、过度的投机性以及公司治理机制的不健全,扭曲了资金的配置效率,限制了对实体经济的推动作用。监管部门应审慎地推进注册制改革,培育价值投资理念,促使资本市场更好地服务于实体经济。
[Abstract]:Although China's capital market has made great progress, the issuance and approval system, excessive speculation and imperfect corporate governance mechanism have distorted the allocation efficiency of funds and restricted the role of promoting the real economy.Regulators should advance the reform of registration system carefully, cultivate the concept of value investment, and promote the capital market to serve the real economy better.
