我国资产证券化的发展现状与前景展望

【摘要】：本文回顾了资产证券化的发展历程,把我国资产证券化开始试点到高速发展这10年间分为四个阶段,同时在总的分析上对信贷资产支持证券、企业资产支持证券、资产支持票据三类模式进行了分别阐述,介绍了不同阶段我国各种资产证券化模式的发展情况。最后,提出了促进我国资产证券化业务的政策建议。
[Abstract]:This paper reviews the development of asset securitization, divides the 10 years from the beginning of the pilot project to the rapid development of asset securitization in China into four stages, and analyzes the credit asset-backed securities, the enterprise asset-backed securities, and the enterprise asset-backed securities. Three kinds of asset-backed instruments models are expounded, and the development of various asset securitization models in different stages in China is introduced. Finally, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote asset securitization business in China.
