【摘要】：新常态下创新驱动成为经济发展的主要动力。经过多年的发展,中小企业已然成为我国经济发展的主力军,而中小板上市作为中小企业中的佼佼者,更是成为我国经济增长中最有活力的组成部分。然而随着市场竞争的加剧,中小板上市公司的欠缺研发人员、缺乏创新意识等自身劣势也逐步凸显出来,严重制约中小板上市公司的发展。在国家大力推进大众创业万众创新的大趋势下,中小板上市公司也迎来了春天,中小板上市公司应该积极开展自主创新,谋求更加长远的发展。是以本文对我国中小板上市公司自主创新能力评价及提升展开相关研究。论文根据国内外相关文献并结合我国中小板上市公司自主创新能力发展的实际情况,构建评价指标体系并进行实证研究。本文主要从四个方面就中小板上市公司自主创新能力展开研究:(1)中小板上市公司自主创新能力概述与理论基础。主要介绍了中小企业、中小板上市公司及中小板上市公司自主创新能力的概念界定与中小板上市公司自主创新能力评价理论基础。(2)中小板上市公司自主创新能力评价体系的构建。首先明确了中小板上市公司自主创新能力评价指标体系的设立原则,然后从研发投入因子、人力资源因子、企业收益因子、环境影响因子4个方面建立了中小板上市公司自主创新能力评价指标体系,最后阐述了评价方法的分析与选择。(3)中小板上市公司自主创新能力评价的实证研究。首先明确研究样本与数据来源,然后分别基于2014年156家与2015年152家中小板上市公司的实际数据对我国中小板上市自主创新能力进行实证分析。(4)中小板上市公司自主创新能力提升对策。分别从加大研发投入力度、加强对知识型人才的引进与培养、加大政府对中小板上市公司自主创新的支持、努力实现自主创新各方面能力的均衡发展、根据中小板上市公司收益能力提升自主创新能力、通过创新联盟降低中小板上市公司自主创新风险、拓宽中小板上市公司自主创新融资渠道七个方面提出了提升我国中小板上市公司自主创新能力的对策与建议。
[Abstract]:Under the new normal, innovation drive becomes the main motive force of economic development. After years of development, small and medium-sized enterprises have become the main force in the economic development of our country, and small and medium-sized board listing as the leader of the small and medium-sized enterprises, has become the most dynamic part of the economic growth of our country. However, with the intensification of market competition, the lack of R & D personnel, lack of innovation awareness and other disadvantages of small and medium-sized board listed companies are gradually highlighted, which seriously restricts the development of small and medium-sized board listed companies. Under the general trend of promoting mass entrepreneurship innovation, the small and medium-sized board listed companies also ushered in the spring, small and medium-sized board listed companies should actively carry out independent innovation, and seek for a more long-term development. This paper is related to the evaluation and promotion of independent innovation ability of Chinese small and medium-sized board listed companies. According to the relevant literature at home and abroad and combined with the actual situation of the development of independent innovation ability of small and medium-sized board listed companies in China, this paper constructs an evaluation index system and carries out an empirical study. This paper mainly studies the independent innovation ability of small and medium-sized board listed companies from four aspects: 1) Summary and theoretical basis of independent innovation ability of small and medium-sized board listed companies. Mainly introduced the small and medium-sized enterprises, The definition of Independent Innovation ability of small and Medium-Sized Board listed companies and the Construction of Independent Innovation ability Evaluation system of small and Medium-Sized Board listed companies. First of all, it clarifies the establishment principle of evaluation index system of independent innovation ability of small and medium-sized board listed companies, and then from R & D input factor, human resource factor, enterprise income factor, This paper sets up the evaluation index system of independent innovation ability of small and medium-sized board listed companies from four aspects of environmental impact factors, and finally expounds the analysis and selection of evaluation methods and the empirical research on the evaluation of independent innovation ability of small and medium-sized board listed companies. First of all, study samples and data sources, Then based on the actual data of 156 small and medium-sized board listed companies in 2014 and 152 small and medium-sized board listed companies in 2015, the paper makes an empirical analysis on the independent innovation ability of small and medium-sized board listed companies in China. From increasing R & D investment, strengthening the introduction and training of knowledge-based talents, increasing government support for independent innovation of listed companies with small and medium-sized boards, and striving to achieve balanced development of the capabilities of various aspects of independent innovation, According to the revenue ability of the small and medium-sized board listed companies, to improve the independent innovation ability, and to reduce the independent innovation risk of the small and medium-sized board listed companies through innovation alliance. This paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the independent innovation ability of the small and medium-sized board listed companies in seven aspects of broadening the financing channels of independent innovation of the small and medium-sized board listed companies.
