试论熔断机制在中国的“早夭”

【摘要】：十八大报告提出经济继续稳定、稳步增长的目标,即到2020年实现国内生产总值(GDP)和城乡居民人均收入比2010年翻一番,自此吹响了未来十年中国经济稳步增长的号角。而股票市场与经济增长密切相关,经济增长可以促进股市繁荣,股市繁荣也可以推动经济增长。政府要在股市的健康运转方面发挥积极的作用,加快股市制度建设。熔断制度就是政府完善股市制度建设的善意决策,但实际效果却适得其反。对此,研究熔断机制"早夭"的原因,对今后股市制度改革以及顺利完成全面建成小康社会具有重大意义。
[Abstract]:The eighteen major reports put forward the goal of steady economic growth and steady growth, that is, by 2020, the per capita income of GDP and urban and rural residents doubled in 2010, which has booms the number of steady growth in the next ten years. The stock market is closely related to economic growth, and economic growth can promote stock market prosperity. Prosperity can also promote economic growth. The government should play an active role in the healthy operation of the stock market and accelerate the construction of the stock market system. The fusing system is the good faith decision of the government to perfect the stock market system, but the actual effect is counterproductive. It is of great significance to complete a well-off society in an all-round way.
