新三板融资现状及问题

【摘要】：2006年,新三板市场的启动为部分中小企业解决融资困境开辟了一条全新的渠道。2013年,新三板突破试点国家高新区限制,扩容至所有符合新三板条件的企业,从而可为全国范围内的中小企业提供融资的服务。随着国家政策的大力支持,新三板市场近两年来发展十分迅猛,挂牌企业数量井喷式增加。本文将通过详细的数据分析中小企业在新三板的融资现状,并发现目前存在的问题。
[Abstract]:In 2006, the launch of the new third board market opened up a new channel for some small and medium-sized enterprises to solve their financing difficulties. In 2013, the new third board broke through the restrictions of high-tech zones in the pilot countries and expanded to all enterprises that meet the requirements of the new three boards. Thus can provide financing service for the small and medium-sized enterprises in the whole country. With the support of national policy, the new three-board market has developed rapidly in the past two years, and the number of listed enterprises has increased. This paper will analyze the financing status of small and medium-sized enterprises in the new third board through detailed data, and find out the existing problems.
