利率市场化与商业银行服务创新研究

【摘要】:利率市场化改革是我国金融体制改革的核心目标之一,十八届三中全会上李克强总理对我国金融改革提出将继续推进利率市场化,并将在两年内完成:一是建立市场利率定价自律机制,二是开展贷款基础利率报价工作,三是推进同业存单发行与交易。这充分表现出国家对推进利率市场化改革的重视程度。利率市场化是一把双刃剑,对我国银行业既有利又有弊。我们要把握机遇面对挑战,不断提升商业银行服务和竞争力,,取得利率市场化改革中的胜利。 本文首先对利率市场化的相关理论进行梳理总结;并对利率市场化的相关理论进行了透析。其次,本文分别深入考察了发达国家和发展中国家利率市场化的实践。在分析国际上利率市场化改革对商业银行的影响的基础上,得出国际经验对我国商业银行的启示。然后,从存款利率市场化角度分析我国商业银行的利率市场化改革,提出了我国商业银行的目前所面对的难题。并且分别以如何防范余额宝对存款利率市场化的冲击为例和从电子商务层面提出商业银行的服务创新。最后给出了利率市场化进程中商业银行服务创新的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Interest rate marketization reform is one of the core objectives of China's financial system reform. At the third Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, Premier Li Keqiang proposed that China's financial reform would continue to promote the marketization of interest rates. And will be completed in two years: first, the establishment of market interest rate pricing self-regulatory mechanism, the second is to carry out the loan base interest rate quote work, the third is to promote the issuance and trading of certificates of deposit. This fully shows the importance the state attaches to the reform of marketization of interest rates. Interest rate marketization is a double-edged sword, which has both advantages and disadvantages for China's banking industry. We must seize the opportunity to face the challenges, constantly improve the service and competitiveness of commercial banks, and win the interest rate marketization reform. Firstly, this paper summarizes the relevant theories of interest rate marketization, and analyzes the relevant theories of interest rate marketization. Secondly, this paper investigates the practice of interest rate marketization in both developed and developing countries. On the basis of analyzing the influence of international interest rate market-oriented reform on commercial banks, the enlightenment of international experience to China's commercial banks is obtained. Then, from the point of view of deposit interest rate marketization, the paper analyzes the reform of Chinese commercial banks' interest rate marketization, and puts forward the problems that Chinese commercial banks are facing at present. And how to prevent Yu'e Bao from the impact of deposit interest rate marketization as an example and from the level of e-commerce commercial bank service innovation. Finally, the paper gives the countermeasures and suggestions of commercial bank service innovation in the process of interest rate marketization.
