关于我国产业基金发展问题的几点思考

【摘要】：随着我国市场经济的快速发展,社会经济模式日益多元化,产业投资基金是市场经济发展的重要产物之一。目前,我国产业投资基金已经具备比较完善的运营体系,包括募资、组织、运营、退出等多个环节,产业投资基金的投资与收益一直是产业投资基金研究的侧重点,我国产业投资基金的起步较晚,现有的产业投资基金管理存在较多漏洞。本文将深入地研究我国产业经济的现状与问题,并根据问题提出可行的对策,为我国产业经济的发展提供参考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's market economy and the increasing diversification of social economic models, industrial investment funds are one of the important products of the development of market economy. At present, China's industrial investment funds have a relatively perfect operating system, including fund-raising, organization, operation, withdrawal and so on. The investment and income of industrial investment funds have always been the focus of industrial investment funds research. China's industrial investment funds started late, and there are many loopholes in the management of existing industrial investment funds. This paper will deeply study the present situation and problems of China's industrial economy, and put forward feasible countermeasures according to the problems, which will provide a reference for the development of China's industrial economy.
