财经类高职院校教学实验室评估方法研究

【摘要】： 为了适应社会发展的需要,高校人才培养的模式也在不断的更新。作为以培养生产、建设、管理和服务一线人才的高职院校在教学过程中更加注重学生的动手能力的培养,实验教学是提升学生实践能力的重要途径,因此高职院校实验室建设成为学校建设的重点内容之一。实验室评估是实验室建设和管理工作优劣评价的重要手段。本文根据高职院校人才培养模式和实验室建设与管理的特点,构建了其评价指标体系,提出了基于模糊综合评价的评估模型。本文首先综述了高校教学实验室评估原则、方法和存在问题;其次分析了财经类高职院校人才培养模式的特点、教学实验室建设的新特点,由此构建高职院校教学实验室评估评价指标体系,应用层次分析法确定各指标权重、并用层次排序一致性检验对指标权重的合理性进行判断,应用模糊综合评价计算综合评价结果;最后利用构建的财经类高职院校教学实验室评估指标体系对某财经高职院校教学实验室进行了评估,进一步给出了该评估方法的应用过程,并验证了评估结果的有效性。
[Abstract]:In order to meet the needs of social development, the model of talent training in Colleges and universities is constantly updated. As the training of higher vocational colleges to develop production, construction, management and service personnel in the process of teaching pay more attention to the practical ability of students, the experimental teaching is an important way to improve the practical ability of students in higher vocational colleges, so the laboratory construction has become one of the key contents of school construction. Laboratory evaluation is an important means to evaluate the construction and management of the laboratory. According to the characteristics of personnel training mode and laboratory construction and management in higher vocational colleges, the evaluation index system is built, and the evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is put forward.
