环保投资对就业规模和结构的影响

【摘要】：本文利用两阶段GMM估计方法,检验了2003-2010年期间我国30个地区环保投资对就业规模和就业结构的影响。研究发现,环保投资对就业规模具有显著的带动作用,而且,建设项目"三同时"对就业效应的带动作用最为明显,且有长期效果。因此,完全可以通过扩大环保投资,实现环境保护和就业这两大民生问题的双赢。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the effects of environmental protection investment on employment scale and employment structure in 30 regions of China from 2003 to 2010 are examined by using two-stage GMM estimation method. It is found that environmental protection investment has a significant driving effect on employment scale. The "three simultaneous" construction projects have the most obvious and long-term effect on the employment effect. Therefore, it is possible to achieve a win-win situation between environmental protection and employment through expanding investment in environmental protection.
