中国“十二五”环保项目投融资特征与趋势分析

【摘要】：伴随一系列"十二五"环境保护相关规划的出台,相应重点工程的投资建设大幕正式拉开。本文分析了"十二五"环保重点工程投融资特征与"十一五"相比下的新变化,系统识别了各项工程所包含的主要项目,分类分析了各具体项目的投融资特征,并结合对宏观经济形势的把握,分别探讨了政府财政与社会资本"十二五"时期应重点参与的项目类型及参与方式,对政府和企业准确把握环保投资形势,确定项目参与策略具有实际的指导意义。
[Abstract]:With the introduction of a series of related plans for environmental protection in the 12th Five-Year Plan, the investment and construction curtain of the corresponding key projects has been officially opened. This paper analyzes the new changes in the investment and financing characteristics of the key environmental protection projects in the 12th Five-Year Plan compared with the 11th Five-Year Plan. The system identifies the main items contained in each project, classifies and analyzes the investment and financing characteristics of each specific project, and combines with the grasp of the macroeconomic situation, This paper probes into the types and ways of participation of government finance and social capital in the 12th Five-Year Plan period, which has practical guiding significance for the government and enterprises to accurately grasp the situation of environmental protection investment and to determine the strategy of project participation.
