社会资本对区域经济发展的影响作用

【摘要】： 社会资本概念自从布迪厄正式使用以来,经由科尔曼和普特南的进一步应用和阐发,己经在国际学术界引起了广泛的争论和理论扩展。本论文从社会学和经济学相结合的角度出发,在前人研究的基础上,通过与产业经济学、西方经济学、制度经济学等相结合,探究了社会资本的本质以及社会资本对区域经济发展的影响。本文从以下几方面来阐述这个问题: 首先,在概述社会资本的起源、发展的基层上,本文阐述了社会资本与区域社会资本的内涵,社会资本的特点,社会资本与物质资本,人力资本的异同,社会资本的功能及其作用等。其次,本文从三方面具体分析社会资本对区域经济发展的积极作用,包括社会资本增进区域内有效合作,社会资本促进区域内产业集群和产业发展,社会资本促进区创新能力的提升。随后,本文沿用波斯特对消极社会资本的探讨,从经济学角度论述了社会资本对区域经济发展的消极影响,认为封闭的、强连接的社会资本不利于信息和知识的传播,在一定程度上阻碍经济发展。再次,本文对社会资本与区域经济发展作了实证分析。包括信任与人均GDP的相关性分析,网络与人均GDP的相关性分析,统计分析并得出了回归方程。实证分析结论显示,信任和网络与区域经济发展有一定的相关性,积极的社会资本将促进区域经济发展,提升区域竞争力。最后,文章从社会资本角度给出了促进区域经济发展的政策建议。由于信用文化的确实,我国区域经济发展受缚于社会资本的短缺,从而,促进区域经济发展,优化社会资本,构建区域信用体系是促进区域经济发展的社会资本解。通过这篇文章,我们得到如下启示,实现区域经济可持续发展,社会资本和物质资本、人力资本同样重要。社会资本能节约交易费用,增进区域内有效合作,加速产业集群,促进区域经济又好又快的发展。
[Abstract]:The concept of social capital since Bourdieu officially used since the further application developed by Coleman and Putnam, has been in the international academic circles caused widespread controversy and expansion theory. In this thesis, the combination of sociology and economics point of view, on the basis of previous studies, with the industrial economics, western economics, institutional economics in combination, explores the essence of social capital and social capital on the impact of regional economic development. This paper discusses the problem from the following aspects:
First, on the basis of summarizing the origin and development of social capital, this paper expounds the connotation of social capital and regional social capital, the characteristics of social capital, the similarities and differences between social capital and material capital, human capital, and the function and role of social capital.
Secondly, this article from the three aspects of social capital on the positive role in regional economic development, including social capital promote effective regional cooperation, social capital to promote regional industrial clusters and Industrial Development Zone, the promotion of social capital to enhance innovation capability. This paper follows on then, the negative social capital post, the negative effects of social capital discussion on the regional economic development from the angle of economics, that closed, strong connection of social capital is not conducive to the dissemination of information and knowledge, hindering the economic development to a certain extent.
Again, this paper makes an empirical analysis of social capital and regional economic development. Including the correlation between trust and per capita GDP, per capita GDP network and correlation analysis, statistical analysis and the regression equation. The empirical results show that there are certain correlation and trust network and regional economic development, and actively promote regional social capital the economic development, enhance regional competitiveness.
Finally, the article gives the policy suggestions to promote the development of regional economy from the perspective of social capital. As does the credit culture, the shortage of China's regional economic development is tied to social capital to promote regional economic development, optimize the social capital, the construction of regional credit system is the solution of social capital to promote regional economic development.
Through this article, we get the following enlightenment, realize the sustainable development of the regional economy, social capital and material capital, human capital is equally important. Social capital can reduce the transaction costs, increase regional cooperation, accelerate industrial clusters, promote regional economic development better and faster.
