【摘要】：正加快西部地区经济跨越发展是实现我国全面建设小康社会战略目标的重要内容。在国家实施区域发展总体战略和主体功能区规划、西部大开发新的十年规划和政策措施,进一步提高区域发展协调性的战略背景下,在党的十八大提出五大建设的新的历史条件下,西部地区经济跨越式发展面临新的更大的机遇。为了充分研讨国家战略规划与西部地区经济社会发展的有效对接,促进西部地区经济转型和发展,加快西部地区全面建成小康社会建设进程,《经济理论与经济管理》杂志和兰州商学院联合主办的"西部地区经济转型与跨越式发展论坛"定于2013年春夏之交在兰州召开,具体时间待定。
