我国区域碳排放绩效差异及其影响因素分析——基于空间经济学视角

【摘要】：利用空间自相关Moran指数与面板数据空间计量模型,对1997—2009年我国29个省域的碳排放绩效的空间分布特征及影响因素进行了空间计量经济分析。结果发现:我国区域碳排放绩效在空间上存在较强的正相关性,表现出明显的区域集群现象,提高某一地区的碳排放绩效水平将有助于带动其相邻地区碳排放绩效水平的提高。对外开放水平、能源消费结构、产业与产权结构、市场化程度、技术进步和能源价格等因素对我国碳排放绩效有显著影响,其中技术落后和市场化程度偏低是制约我国碳排放绩效水平提高的主要因素。
[Abstract]:Using spatial autocorrelation of Moran index and the spatial panel data model, the spatial econometric analysis of factors of the spatial distribution characteristics and influence on the 1997 2009 29 Chinese provincial carbon emission performance. The results showed that the regional carbon emissions performance of China's relatively strong positive correlation exists in space, showing the regional cluster obviously, improve a region's carbon emission performance will help drive its adjacent areas of carbon emission performance. The level of opening up, energy consumption structure and industrial structure of property rights, market degree, technical progress and energy prices and other factors have significant influence on the performance of carbon emission in China, including backward technology and relatively low marketization level is the main factor restricting China's carbon emission performance improvement.
