【摘要】：随着全球气候变化异常,人类经济活动受到了极大的影响,这引起了全球范围内经济学界的高度关注。通过剖析传统经济学的局限性,我们分别从贴现率、社会偏好和非理性行为等三个方面评述了气候变化的行为经济学研究进展及其政策动态,并对行为经济学分析气候变化存在的不足和未来的研究方向做了探讨和展望。
[Abstract]:With the anomaly of global climate change, human economic activities have been greatly affected, which has aroused great concern in the economic circles around the world. By analyzing the limitations of traditional economics, we have started from the discount rate. This paper reviews the research progress and policy trends of behavioral economics on climate change from the aspects of social preference and irrational behavior, and probes into the shortcomings of behavioral economics in analyzing climate change and the future research directions.
