【摘要】：经济虚拟化的发展使整个世界的经济结构发生了显著的变化,虚拟经济越来越脱离实体经济而日益成为一个相对独立的经济活动领域,随着虚拟经济的发展及其全球化,它对全球实体经济的发展所产生的影响也越来越大。虚拟经济的适度发展满足了实体经济发展的内在需求,为实体经济提供了良好的服务平台,推动实体经济健康、快速、有序的发展。但是,虚拟经济是一把“双刃剑”,在促进实体经济发展的同时,也给其带来了负面影响,而当虚拟经济过度膨胀以致远离正常运行轨道时,将会引发金融危机,甚至经济危机,造成经济全面的衰退,极大地破坏实体经济的发展。因此,我们需要对虚拟经济进行调控管理,以使它在适度的范围内既能带动实体经济健康、有序、快速的发展,又不引起金融危机的发生本文首先梳理了国内外关于虚拟经济及金融危机传导机制方面的文献,找出目前在这两方面研究的空白点,找到自己要研究的切入点和突破口。其次从金融危机的历史嬗变过程中,分析其与货币危机、信用危机及经济危机之间的关系。并界定金融危机的内涵。然后分析导致金融危机发生的因素。接着对虚拟经济的内涵进行界定,从虚拟经济的发展历程中找出虚拟经济发展的条件,分析虚拟经济对实体经济及宏观经济政策带来的影响,找出虚拟经济的运行规律,分析虚拟经济对金融危机的传导机理。最后提出对虚拟经济调控管理的必要性及具体的调控措施。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic virtualization, the economic structure of the whole world has undergone remarkable changes. With the development of virtual economy and its globalization, the virtual economy has become a relatively independent field of economic activity more and more away from the real economy. It has more and more influence on the development of the global real economy. The moderate development of the virtual economy satisfies the internal demand of the development of the real economy, provides a good service platform for the real economy, and promotes the healthy and rapid development of the real economy. However, the virtual economy is a "double-edged sword", which not only promotes the development of the real economy, but also has a negative impact on it. When the virtual economy expands too much away from the normal running track, it will lead to a financial crisis. Even the economic crisis, resulting in an overall economic recession, greatly undermines the development of the real economy. Therefore, we need to regulate and manage the virtual economy so that it can drive the real economy in a healthy and orderly manner within a moderate range. Rapid development without causing a financial crisis. This article first combs the domestic and foreign literature about the fictitious economy and the financial crisis transmission mechanism, and finds out the blank spot of the current research in these two aspects. Second, from the historical evolution of the financial crisis, analysis of the financial crisis and the currency crisis, The relationship between credit crisis and economic crisis. And define the meaning of financial crisis. Then analyze the factors leading to the financial crisis. Then define the meaning of virtual economy. From the development course of virtual economy, this paper finds out the conditions of virtual economy development, analyzes the influence of virtual economy on real economy and macroeconomic policy, and finds out the running rule of virtual economy. This paper analyzes the conduction mechanism of virtual economy to financial crisis, and finally puts forward the necessity and concrete measures of regulation and management of virtual economy.
