何廉的农本思想与农村互助合作理论探析

【摘要】：何廉以编制享誉中外的非官方"南开指数",创建"南开经济研究所"而备受世人关注。长期以来,学术界对何廉的农本思想和农村互助合作理论的研究却几为空白。二十世纪三四十年代何廉领导的南开经济研究所开展了大量的社会调研,并积极倡导他关于"农工并重"、"计划自由经济"和改造"三农"的学术观点和主张;从政以后,何廉执政为"农",推行了一系列的举措推动农业发展,建立、健全了农村金融互助合作制度,创立了链式仓储运销合作社,构建了粮棉产销和借贷功能一体、相互关联的惠农体系。何廉关于"三农"的主张和理论,具有历史的贯通性,为我们当前的社会主义新农村建设也提供了很多值得借鉴与反刍的地方。
