【摘要】： 经济和谐发展是和谐社会建设的基础,所谓经济和谐发展,既指经济与政治、思想文化的协调发展,又指人与自然的和睦相处,也指经济要素的配置,经济过程的运行,经济利益关系的构成,经济发展速度、规模、质量和效益的恰当和协调状态。作为新时期中国改革开放和社会主义现代化总设计师的邓小平,就中国经济和谐发展问题发表了大量讲话,提出了一系列新思想、新观念,新论点,他的经济理论虽然没有明确提出经济和谐发展的名词,但渗透着丰富的经济和谐发展思想。回顾、总结和领悟邓小平的经济和谐发展思想,对于进一步深入落实科学发展观,促进我国经济全面协调可持续发展;对于推进资源节约型、环境友好型社会建设;对于进一步加强社会主义和谐社会的建设具有极其重要的现实指导意义。本文就邓小平经济和谐发展思想进行了如下方面的研究: 第一,分析了邓小平经济和谐发展思想的形成条件。认为中国传统文化中的和谐观念是邓小平经济和谐发展思想形成的历史渊源;马克思主义的经济和谐思想是邓小平经济和谐发展思想形成的理论来源;建国以来社会主义现代化建设的经验教训是邓小平经济和谐发展思想形成的现实根据;国外经济和谐发展相关理论是邓小平经济和谐发展思想的理论借鉴。第二,概述了邓小平经济和谐发展思想的主要内容。主要从经济和谐发展的终极目标、政治保障、不竭动力、道德准则和运作思路五个方面对邓小平经济和谐发展思想的主要内容进行概述。认为邓小平经济和谐发展思想的终极目标是共同富裕,经济和谐发展的政治保障是政治稳定,经济和谐发展的不竭动力是科技教育,经济和谐发展的道德准则是义利统一,经济和谐发展的运作思路是统筹兼顾。第三,理析了邓小平经济和谐发展思想的基本特征。即阶段性与持续性的辩证统一;“部分先富”与“共同富裕”的辩证统一;全局与局部的辩证统一。第四,探讨了邓小平经济和谐发展思想对现实的启示。即坚持以人为本的发展理念,关注全体人民的利益需求;发挥科技教育的能动作用,提供经济发展的不竭动力;注重资源节约和环境保护,推进两型社会的快速发展;遵循统筹兼顾的工作思路,促进各项工作的和谐发展。
[Abstract]:The harmonious development of economy is the foundation of the construction of a harmonious society. The so-called harmonious development of economy refers to the harmonious development of economy, politics, ideology and culture, the harmony of man and nature, the allocation of economic elements and the operation of economic process. The proper and coordinated state of economic interest relationship, economic development speed, scale, quality and benefit. As the chief architect of China's reform and opening up and socialist modernization in the new period, Deng Xiaoping has delivered a large number of speeches on the issue of China's harmonious economic development and put forward a series of new ideas, and new arguments. Although his economic theory does not clearly put forward the term of harmonious economic development, it permeates rich thoughts of harmonious economic development. Reviewing, summarizing and comprehending the idea of harmonious economic development of Deng Xiaoping can further implement the concept of scientific development, promote the overall coordinated and sustainable development of our economy, and promote the construction of resource-saving and environment-friendly society. For further strengthening the construction of a harmonious socialist society has an extremely important practical significance. This paper studies the idea of harmonious development of Deng Xiaoping economy in the following aspects: First, the paper analyzes the forming conditions of the thought of harmonious development of Deng Xiaoping economy. It is believed that the concept of harmony in Chinese traditional culture is the historical origin of the formation of Deng Xiaoping's thought of harmonious economic development, the Marxist thought of economic harmony is the theoretical source of the formation of Deng Xiaoping's thought of harmonious economic development. The experience and lessons of socialist modernization construction since the founding of the people's Republic of China are the realistic basis for the formation of the thought of harmonious economic development of Deng Xiaoping, and the theories related to the harmonious development of economy abroad are the theoretical reference for the thought of harmonious development of Deng Xiaoping economy. Secondly, it summarizes the main contents of Deng Xiaoping's thought of harmonious economic development. This paper summarizes the main contents of Deng Xiaoping's thought of harmonious economic development from five aspects: the ultimate goal of economic harmonious development, political guarantee, inexhaustible motive force, moral principles and operational ideas. It is believed that the ultimate goal of Deng Xiaoping's thought of harmonious economic development is common prosperity, the political guarantee of economic harmonious development is political stability, the inexhaustible power of economic harmonious development is science and technology education, and the moral criterion of economic harmonious development is the unity of justice and benefit. The operation thought of harmonious development of economy is overall consideration. Thirdly, it analyzes the basic characteristics of Deng Xiaoping's thought of harmonious economic development. That is, the dialectical unity of stage and persistence, the dialectical unity of partial wealth and common prosperity, and the dialectical unity of overall situation and part. Fourth, discusses the Deng Xiaoping economic harmonious development thought to the realistic enlightenment. That is, adhere to the people-oriented concept of development, pay attention to the interests of all the people, give play to the dynamic role of science and technology education, provide the inexhaustible power of economic development, pay attention to the conservation of resources and environmental protection, promote the rapid development of the two types of society; Follow the overall consideration of the work ideas, promote the harmonious development of all work.
