宁夏马家官僚资本的形成及其两面性

【摘要】：宁夏马家官僚资本最大的特点就是从金融垄断到商业垄断。在经营手段上,军、政、商三位一体,在所有权上公私不分,以公的名义出现,最终化公为私。宁夏马家官僚资本有着两面性:一方面,通过壮大自己的经济势力来维护自己的专制和庞大的军事力量;另一方面又有独立性和民族性,能抵制外国势力对宁夏经济的侵略,积极组织抗日活动,推动宁夏地区的近代化。
[Abstract]:The biggest characteristic of Ningxia's bureaucratic capital is from the financial monopoly to the commercial monopoly. In the management means, the army, the government and the business are Trinity, in the ownership, public and private, in the name of the public, and finally to the public. The bureaucrat capital of Ningxia Ma Jia has two sides: on the one hand, it maintains its autocracy by strengthening its own economic power and maintaining its autocracy. The huge military forces, on the other hand, are independent and national, and can resist the invasion of the Ningxia economy by foreign forces, actively organize Anti Japanese activities, and promote the modernization of the Ningxia region.
