我国环境污染中政府、企业与公众的博弈分析

【摘要】：我国社会经济快速发展的同时,环境污染问题日益突出,成为当前亟待解决的社会问题。事实证明,环境污染事故频发从根本上干扰了国民生产和人民生活的有序发展。对于环境污染事故来说,相关的利益主体主要可以划分为中央政府、地方政府、污染企业以及社会公众四大类。文章通过对利益主体之间的三组博弈分析,探究我国环境污染事故频发的内在根源,从而有针对性地提出应对污染排放,减少环境污染事故的可操作性的政策措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's social economy, environmental pollution has become increasingly prominent, becoming a social problem to be solved. It has been proved that the frequent occurrence of environmental pollution accidents fundamentally interferes with the orderly development of national production and people's life. For environmental pollution accidents, the relevant stakeholders can be divided into four categories: central government, local government, polluting enterprises and the public. By analyzing the three groups of game theory among the main bodies of interest, this paper probes into the internal causes of the frequent occurrence of environmental pollution accidents in China, and then puts forward some feasible policies and measures to deal with pollution discharge and reduce environmental pollution accidents.
